  • Great location! 1.4 miles to Pier Park and public pier, and steps onto private sandy beach. Every room has an amazing view and sounds of the surf. Master and Living room open up on to 10x28 deck to enjoy outdoor dining and amazing sunsets.
    Building Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools,hot tub,sauna,workout room, steam bath,and beach front showers.Of course an amazing beach at your footsteps.


    Ocean Reef is newly built and loaded with amenities. Located on the beach front, enjoy a grill, lap pool, and whirlpool and a paved lounging area. Indoor pool and exercise room with views, as well as steam and sauna rooms. Reserved covered parking space, as well as RV/boat parking available to renters. Being on the largest 27 mile, world class beach. You'll never tire of looking over the turquoise water and quartz white sand. The building is centrally located near all sights and attractions in the area.

    The condo offers a casual, yet elegant, upscale B&B feeling, with high quality furnishing, bedding and personal touches throughout. Master bedroom with king sized, double sided pillow top mattress with Egyptian cotton bedding, two nightstands, 32' HD TV, a huge dresser, and double sinked en-suite with marble finishings.

    Second bedroom with the same features, including a Blu-Ray player, and amazing sunrise view.

    Granite counter and hardwood cabinet kitchen, fully equipped with service for 12 and all that is needed to prepare gourmet meals.

    Living room and dining room furnishings done in a craftsmen style for that classic B&B feel. Yet with 50' HD TV and Blu-Ray. Free Long Distance calling with two hand-held phones, and Wi-Fi throughout.

    Computerized lock entry. No keys necessary.

Nice place with beautiful view!

Comfortable accommodations, easy check in process. Bonus beach equipment provided made going to the beach very convenient. Dawn our host was a great communicator before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Balcony and Location!

This condo was great! The location was amazing! The host, Dawn, was so accommodating and she even messaged me letting me know that we could get into the property 2 hours early. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time in the condo.

We really enjoyed staying here. Newly remolded, everything was so nice and clean. Awsome view of ocean, high enough to hear the waves but not noise. Located in good location, close to Pier Park Mall, Alvin's Island outlet store. Owner was so sweet to work with and answer any questions.

Wonderful Stay.

The location is perfect. Condo is on the beach and there are activities and restaurants across the street. Dawn is an excellent communicator and host. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was exactly how it was described on the booking information. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will book again.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! The condo has direct access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrellas right in front of the condo. Although we didn’t utilize them, there are chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and beach cart in the condo you can use. Owner was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

Came for a getaway. Excellent location. Close to so many things too. Beds were comfortable and we needed for nothing. Beautiful view. Dawn was very responsive if we had questions. Staff at building is very nice and do a great job of assuring safety of property.

Wonderful, relaxing, home away from home

This condo is wonderful. Beautiful balcony views, has everything you need for your stay. It’s quiet at night, beds are very comfy. My best friend and I have stayed here a couple of times and plan on coming back each time we visit Panama City. Dawn is awesome to communicate with. We can’t wait to visit again. The beach is phenomenal and you walk right past pool to get to the beach. Pool indoor and outdoor was fantastic. Great visit

Very enjoyable week in Panama City Beach Fl.

The condo was perfect. Very spacious rooms. Two bedrooms with two full baths met our needs. Laundry room with storage for beach chairs, wagon, and supplies that we brought was nice and out of way. Kitchen and dining was very clean. The tv seating couches were very comfortable. The view from the 15th floor balcony was great. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. Looking forward to booking this unit again.

Wonderful adventure

Dawn your condo is so wonderful. My best friend and I brought our two teenage boys for a vacation they stayed busy. Indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful, beach outside the condo was wonderful. Beds very comfortable and the view was incredible. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony. I think we ate every meal on the balcony as well.We really appreciate you working with us when we arrived a few hours early. Loved the reserved parking. We had a truly amazing time!!!! Would love to visit again and stay in your home. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

GREAT VACATION OCT 2015

I contacted Dawn concerning this Condo late in Sept. Four of us from Ky. used this. We stayed here on Oct. 2nd & checked out on Sat. Oct. 10, 2015. This is truly a "Home Away From Home" vacation spot. Clean, homey, convenient & for the most part quiet. Beds are comfy & the large balcony has lots of seating.We really enjoyed our time here for our much needed family vacation. We found The Shrimp Basket & WOW what a good place to eat! Dawn is so helpful & her maid is very efficient. Personal parking spot was convenient too.You certainly will enjoy this place! Thanks Dawn for everything. Hope we get to come back next year!
