Horizon South 54205 provides a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. Less than a 3 minute walk to the onsite amenities and clubhouse, this unit is perfectly located towards the front of the Horizon South Complex, close to beach access.

This 1 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. This unit is furnished with a new television in the living room, queen sofa sleeper, bunk beds and a private master bedroom.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed and attached bathroom. Amenities of this unit include washer and dryer, and a private enclosed patio that is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Horizon South has (4) pools, which are heated seasonally. The pools and clubhouse are just a short walk from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located onsite of this gated community.

Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.

We absolutely loved this condo. Just perfect for me and my husband, very clean and comfortable. Loved the 2 bathrooms that were so convenient. We would love to stay in this exact condo again. Made friends with some of the neighbors who were exceptional. The pool was great. Thank you for Hosting us! We were celebrating our 47th anniversary.

Do Not stay

Arriving to place very hard office to find, this is more of a local residential place. Older not so nice people, the unit is very dated, had bugs, broken fixtures and appliances I have been seeking, refund since day of check in, no help fromVRBO, talked to about 9 different Indian people, with no help, slept in our car the first night, we walked in into at 415 and left by 430, linens were stained brown and black, the fridge had rust and mold on it, bedfram had roaches, and the pictures had roaches in them, did not smell clean at all. Highly do not recommend! Pictures are not at all what you walk into. HOA not aware of conditions of units must pay 20 per person and then 25 for parking so do not use this place! I would give 0 stars if I could

Yikes Yikes Yikes

Let me start off by saying we enjoyed our trip.This was a great location! We however did not enjoy our stay here for many reasons. We are low maintenance and not hard to please but as soon as I walked in the unit and went to the deck the door knob came straight off and we had no access to get out there for 2 days basically. I don’t think this unit was even checked before we checked in. The light fixture in hallway was hanging by 2 wires. The curtain rod in the living room had no screws and fell down. Smoke alarm missing in the hallway. Work order was put in as soon as we got there and they came to make repairs 2 days later. All the dishes were very dirty and has to be washed and this unit only had 1 fork so had to go buy forks. The master bedroom has no tv as the listing states. Not a big deal but it’s false advertising. Lastly and the most important thing is we seen multiple roaches through out this unit which absolutely creeped us out. I contacted the owner and they stated they would report it to the HOA but nothing was done or even check out. Overall not exactly what we expected!

4th of July long weekend

Had a great time,walking distance to the beach and short drive to eat.parking pass cost of $25.00 and armband cost of $20.00 each person was rediculous along with constant harassment about wearing armbands and hurrying to get your parking pass. I am on vacation and do not want to wear a armband every minute of my vacation after I already paid for my room stay. Manager needs to work on armband and parking pass issue!

Overall, we had a great stay! A few things I wanted to make you aware of, were that we saw several roaches and more at night. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and we could not get the tv to pick up anything or any channels

Condo is in need of some upgrades, fresh paint, etc. a lot of burned out and missing light bulbs. Could use a good cleaning. Good location, quiet neighbors. Price was right.

Great area but there were issues.

This place could be A1 with a little tlc. There was no power cord for tv in living area and we didn’t get one from maintenance until the day before we checked out the next morning. 2 of the 4 eyes on the stove top did not work. The ice maker did not work & there were no ice trays. The sofa bed needs a new mattress. You can not “sleep” on it. The ceiling fan was missing a blade so it couldn’t be used. The unit was clean & the perfect size for a small family. The community is nice. Everyone was friendly and it’s well maintained. This unit is upstairs so if you have knee problems it might be an issue!! I would rent again if the issues were taken care of.
