  • Sweet Caroline is the perfect home away from home in a charming family-friendly neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from 30A -- which includes Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor-- and 10 minutes to Pier Park where there's tons of shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located within a few blocks to grocery stores. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa, beach toys, barbecue grill, beach chairs to carry to the beach and two beach chairs and umbrella already set up at the beach from March to October. Please read room sizes and descriptions before booking. Four-seater Golf Cart parked at the house and available to rent for an additional fee.

Awesome place to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect! This is our 2nd time staying in this home and would stay here again. They have everything you need in the house and location was great!

Our family has been vacationing at Carillon for many years and we love everything about it. Sweet Caroline was a perfect fit for our family. The location is awesome and the house is very well kept. We definitely recommend!

Wonderful home in a perfect location. Our whole family enjoyed the lovely home and the neighborhood. So very close to the beach! Home was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a week together. Thank you for helping us create these family memories.

lovely stay by the beach

We rented as an extended family ranging in age from 2.5-77 and really enjoyed our trip. The house is exceptionally close to the beach, the pool, the grocery store, and all that PCB has to offer. The house was very clean, communication with the host was fantastic and overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing way to spend the week.

Amazing fall break

Fantastic property! Great amenities and an amazing location. We could be on the beach in about a minute. Whole complex is family oriented and has lots of things to do. Would recommend it to anyone.

The home was very spacious and cleaned.The host was very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The walk from the home is very close. Three minutes and your toes are in the sand! It was nice to have a private beach to keep the riff raff out. The beach chair service was nice. Little far away from the water. But it was not a deal breaker. Thins is a definite must! Note: make sure you double check when bike week is. We happened to be there during bike week and it wasn’t bad, just loud as all get out!

Great Stay

We had an awesome stay at Sweet Caroline. Theresa was wonderful to work with. Sweet Caroline is very close to the beach walkover and you can hear the sound of the waves from the home.

Great Getaway

Casey was very responsive with the booking and any needs that we had. This is a beautiful house that is so close in proximity to walk over number 3. You will not regret staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed the Memories We made.

Perfect house in Carillon

We absolutely fell in love with Carillon and this beautiful house! The neighborhood is so pretty, and my kids loved biking all over to the different pools and ice cream shop. We loved hearing the bell tower play at every hour. The house is gorgeous and so close to the beach! It was perfect for our family. The kitchen is also well stocked as we typically cook in for most meals. The beach is quiet and private with no crowds. We can’t wait to come back!

The best getaway!

“Sweet Caroline” was perfect for our family of five plus grandparents. The bunk rooms are perfect for kids. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location to the beach was the best part! It was so quiet within the community, we often felt like the only people here. The first two days were quite chilly, and there was still plenty to do! Highly recommend “Sweet Caroline”.

Great house and location

Sweet Caroline was perfect for our family!! Property management was extremely responsive and helpful. The location within Carillon was great and they had all the beach gear available. The property was very clean and well kept. The 2 bunk rooms and beds are small but perfect for our 8 and 10 year old. My only comment would be that the furniture in the living area needs to be rearranged to maximize space and the 3rd floor needs a fan as it was too hot to be up there. We will definitely plan to stay there again!!

Sweet Caroline is a great place to stay for Carillon Beach!

Sweet Caroline was the perfect place to stay for my family's visit to Carillon Beach! The house was beautiful and modern. The beds were super comfortable; we always judge our stay by how well we sleep, and my husband and I both commented on how comfy the king bed was. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are perfect for the younger ones, with a common TV room and bathroom. The beach was very close and an easy walk. We also enjoyed the beach side pool which was close too. The crowds were light even for the week before a holiday. I'm not sure it ever gets too crowded as the neighborhood is gated and regulated by a guard at all times. This was our second visit to Carillon Beach and we will definitely come back to stay at Sweet Caroline!

Amazing Property

This is a wonderful property and we loved the layout and decor. The pictures listed are great, but it’s even better in person. It is literally one house over and across the street from the beach with beautiful homes all around. The layout of the home worked great for our family. It has a beautiful design and gorgeous decor. Everything appears basically new and spotless. We were only there a few days and could not enjoy the many amenities, but they provide so much, including toys, bikes, and beach chairs. It does also come with Beach service in season, which is an added value and so convenient. It’s an amazing property and we hope to return very soon.

Labor Day weekend family reunion

Very easy rental and check in process. Bunk beds were a little narrow but that was fully disclosed during rental. They worked out fine for the teenagers. Home owner provided everything you might possibly need. Great experience.
