With direct beach access, two pools (one heated), and a hot tub, relaxation is at your fingertips. Steps from the famous Schooners Beach Bar and just minutes from Panama City Beach's top attractions, this is the ultimate retreat for both relaxation and adventure. Your perfect getaway awaits!

** We wanted to let you know that Seychelles Resort is currently completing a painting project through December 15th. Please note the following:

• December 1–15: The parking garage will be painted in sections, allowing guests to continue using the garage with minimal disruption. Common-area doors along the front walkways will also be painted during this time.

• All other resort amenities remain fully open, including pools, fitness center, and beach access.

• Your condo balcony is fully accessible throughout the project.

Condo Amenities:
Kitchen: Oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, pots/pans, Tupperware, full kitchenware.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, private full bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan.

Hallway: 2 Twin Bunk Beds.

Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, 65" 4k Smart TV, balcony access, and ceiling fan.

Washer/dryer in the unit.

Amenities: Beach chairs, Umbrella, Cooler Bag (Ice machine on lower level of parking structure), iron & ironing board, hair dryers, Cable/Smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.

Games: Playing cards, board games, beach games.

Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry.

Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in.

2 Pools: Gulf front pools, 1 is heated!

1 Hot Tub: Gulf front Hot Tub

Kiddie Pool: Gulf front kiddie pool.

Beach Access off the pool deck features multiple outdoor showers.

1 Volleyball Net: Located on the beach.

Fitness Center: Stationary bicycles, step machines, treadmills, free weights, and other exercise equipment (9am-10pm). Located on the 3rd level of the parking garage.

Many restaurants and activities within walking distance (<1mi) from the resort!

Important: Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking. Please make your selection before your stay to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in.

Reunion weekend

Amazing condo on the world’s most beautiful beaches! Owners were quick to respond to questions before check in, and touched base during our stay to make sure everything was what we expected. Condo was clean and had everything you might need, including beach chairs and umbrellas! 10/10!
