Things to Note:
* Minimum Age to Book: 21
* Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
* Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
* No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.
* The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, events, parties and unauthorized guests.
* A $100 fine will be assessed for violating any rules of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.
* A proxy card is located in the home for Resort access. Failure to leave this card in the home upon departure will result in a $50 charge.
