    Thermostat cannot be lowered below 70 degrees.
    The AC system is controlled with sensors on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

The property was excellent, no fault to the owners there seems to be common problems with the resorts elevators that may need working out, we had to traverse down 19 floors via the stairs to leave for dinner and come back one night.

Loved the condo we stayed in. It was beautiful! I loved the way it was decorated, it was the perfect size for my little family. We had everything we needed during our stay! The view was worth every penny.

Great Vacation

Condo was very clean and looked just as nice as it did in the pictures. We loved the beautiful views every morning and evening. Beach chair service was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Weekend Getaway

Perfect Condo for the two of us for a long weekend! We always want to stay in a condo where the master bedroom is overlooking beach ! Love waking up to such a beautiful view!

Amazing view!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very large building so it is very busy and you do have to wait for the elevators. Other than that the view was great and we enjoyed the complementary beach chairs and umbrella.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo💙

A beautiful condo with amazing views and nice property amenities! It was very clean and the property managers were great to work with. We also loved that the unit has a washer and dryer! We enjoyed our stay!

Very cute and cozy place with million dollar view! Elevator can be very slow but it is busy season and this resort has 30 floors. Had a blast!!

2024 Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 1909. We can there to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary! We have no complaints about the condo. The Condo was clean and is in a great location! We will stay again for sure!

Beautiful Condo!!!!!

We LOVED the condo!!! It was spotless & decorated so cute. Everything had been updated & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools, tiki bar & Roman spa. It was conveniently located close to pier park & had a grocery store nearby. We will definitely stay with you again. Thank you!

Home away from home!

This was our 1st time staying at Tidewater Resort and we couldn't have been happier! The condo was one of the best (maybe even the best) we've ever stayed in! It was very spacious, very clean and decorated just perfect for spending time at the beach. The condo was steps away from the ocean and the beach was not crowded at all. Every morning and evening we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves rolling in. It was the perfect vacation spot to rest and relax! This will definitely be a place we return to!

Nothing could beat the view from this condo. Modern and clean. Very much enjoyed this unit. Elevators are slow so plan for waiting time.

Loved our condo!

The room was great!! The owners really go all out to be sure you and your family enjoy your stay. There were many board games to play and beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. The room was perfect! The tidewater elevators though, not so perfect. Very long elevator waits.
