Very Impressed!!

Check in was easy, communication was great! The room was nice, we enjoyed our overall stay. The parking was a bit of a headache and the place could use a deep cleaning at least once a month. The pools was nice and well maintained. The elevators was running good with no long wait time. We would definitely stay here again.

It was okay. Could use some improvements

It was okay. Last year we had same amount of people 10 Paid a lot less for it, and it had better beds , the place was cleaner , and it had normalb every day kitchen items needed for cooking ect. This place was more then last year although this place has two extra bump beds which was nice but…if I’m paying more I expect clean and nice beds. - the beds were dirty -The master bed had yellow stains on the sheets we washed them and they came out …. -The shower head in main bath has deep dark mold all in and on the shower head. -Master bath shower door is different to shut at the button and leaks water if not shut right. -porch sliding door is very very difficult to open and shut it sticks the women had a hard time heck so did I it was getting worse. -the couch is not soft but maybe because it’s a pull out bed too so we can over look that. - the kitchen has only one dish rag -no pot holders for the oven -no can opener which was a total pain. It was difficult to cook in a place we rented for 8 days and bought groceries for. Still had a good time. Still made memories. But if you want our opinion on how to make things better especially for the price. - I would work on getting it clean for guest 1st of all especially considering there’s a high cleaning fee - I would get a few more NEEDED items for the kitchen to be useful. - and some soft beds that you don’t feel the metal springs would be nice even on the bump beds
