Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This condo was sold in the winter of 2022 and the new owner did a lot of work to it to get it in pristine condition for the 2022 rental season. In March of 2022 the condo was fully painted, new furniture purchased, new bedding, all new wall decorations for a more modern, new kitchen appliance and kitchen supplies were purchased. No expense was spared.


This condo has one of the largest balconies of any 2 bedroom condo in all of Panama City Beach. It is 40 Feet long.

This Gulf Crest 2 bedroom condo has a KING size bed in the gulf front master bedroom as well as a King size bed in the 2nd bedroom. It has a queen pull out couch in the living room and also a set of twin size bunk beds in an out of the way area in the living room.

Ride the high speed elevator down to choose one of the two swimming pools,two hot tubs, or the gulf with its white sand. Many excellent restaurants are nearby - Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's (my favorite), Angelos, Hamilton House, Pampanos, to name a few.

You can also go deep sea fishing or enjoy a pontoon boat rental and fish and swim in the bay. Shopping is dominated by a super Wal Mart within one mile. For snacks and Pizza- Wendy's and Pizza Hut are near.

Fishing at the Panama City Pier - about 20 minutes away - is something to experience - no license is required.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

The condo was very pretty. Loved the way it was decorated. Colors were perfect. Balcony was quite big and the views from it and the windows were beautiful. The full size washer and dryer were a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of suggestions - more than one roll of bathroom tissue in the bathrooms for a 7 day stay. Even a cheap hotel has an extra roll of paper. Also a couple of extra trash bags would be nice. Not fun to have to go shop for those items on vacation. More than 1 dish towel & fish rag in the kitchen.

Absolutely perfect!!!

The condo is great in all ways & in a perfect location to walk for amazing restaurants. We love it is far enough away from the crazy busy side of town but still close to all needs especially Walmart. The added beach chairs are such a great thing!!! They set them up with room in between the rows to walk & do not allow tents to block the view. Overall a great family vacation & we will be back for sure!!!!

**If mold and mold smells brother you, don’t book!!!**

We had issues getting in the gate as the code was not the code that was supposed to be for June. July’s code is actually the code to the gate to get in. As soon as we got up to the room and opened the door, my 16 year old son, asked what the strong smell was. After being there about 20 minutes, my throat started hurting. I instantly started looking around and there was mold in the guest bathroom that was visable, mold in all of the vents, mold in the master bathroom. The listing stated there were new owners and the entire place had been remodeled, it had not been. The thermostat said there was 86% humidity in the unit. The furniture had dirt and hair on it, and the furniture felt sticky. I messaged the rental company many times, and all I kept hearing was that they reached out to maintenance and were trying to remedy the situation. Nothing was ever remedied. I got a text at one point saying to let them know if I planned on leaving early. I asked for atleast half of the money back so I could go find another place to stay if they could not find another unit close by. They said that they could not do that. The condo is pretty, it’s decorated very nice, there’s a beautiful view, but when your immune system is compromised due to being a cancer patient, the mold and mold smell make it seem too pretty. There were a few broken things. I’ll post pictures below. I wouldn’t have left such a negative review if the rental company would have actually helped in some way.

Beautiful condo

This condo was outstanding. Very clean, great location, great views, and fast elevators. Master bedroom does have a broken drawer in the dresser, but thats not a big deal. Master matress is very firm. There was plenty of pots and pan and dishes. The only negative is no salt/pepper, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag, 1 dish rag and towell. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo size was awesome. No issues with having to wait for an elevator which can be an issue when going to PCB during prime season. Pools were also awesome….. we had double or single red flags during our entire stay so we used the pools a lot. No issues with the gate code to get into the parking lot and pool/ocean access. We loved that we had an assigned parking. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of our unit. We felt because of the fast turnover the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there. The washing machine was disgusting! The rubber seal was covered in mold! I cleaned the outside and inside of the rubber seal and what came off of it was beyond nasty! The dryer was full of sand…. Which makes me think the last people to stayed dried dirty towels full of sand and there was a pair of men’s underwear still in it. My husband had to clean out the filter in the washing machine because our clothes smelled moldy after washing them and when he did, the whole area smelled like rotten eggs. I doubt the filter had ever been cleaned. The shower also needed a good cleaning (with bleach) to get rid of the mold starting to build up. Also there was not a TV remote for the master bedroom. Overall we loved the Gulf Crest facility, but I hope the unit we stay in next time is cleaner. If I was the owner of this unit, I would not be happy to know the cleaning crew was destroying my unit by not cleaning it properly.

Beautiful condo

Loved the decor in this condo, so cute! The balcony is HUGE!!! Gorgeous views from the 20th floor. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaint was I don’t think the cleaning crew did a very good job. Several things found under bed & tv cabinet in front bedroom. A few dishes were still in dishwasher & the floors needed mopped. Great stay & a beautiful condo.

BEYOND HAPPY WITH THIS UNIT!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! Booking this condo was a breeze. Communication was outstanding! Anytime I messaged with questions I got a reply almost immediately! When we arrived and saw the unit it was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was so clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable and it had everything we needed. Also the children’s bunkbeds were big enough for even adults. The view of the gulf on the 20th floor was absolutely incredible. Gulf Crest condominiums was very clean. Being in a gated complex made us all feel so safe. We had assigned parking spots that made it super easy to always know you didn’t have to drive around looking for a spot. Elevators were always quick! We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo is huge by the way! I couldn’t believe the size of it! The area around was also so safe and had lots of stores to shop! Again I could go on and on about how we loved this place!! Book it cause you won’t regret it!

Condo was beautiful and newly decorated. Very beachy🐢 Balcony was xlarge with a perfect view for all the dolphins spotted daily🐬 Beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was super!! Had all the necessary amenities but nothing xtra like beach towels or beach chairs/umbrella/toys. But bonus of 2 chairs and umbrella already set up on the beach! Elevators are fast and the 2 pools are great to hang out (along with the tiki bar poolside ) Will be booking this exact condo on our next beach trip !!

The condo was neat & tidy and everything worked well in it! Very roomy. Loved the floor plan, it was very open compared to most condos. Pictures don’t do justice. Elevators were quick also! That’s always a plus.

we walked in not expecting the place to be as big as it was! we had 8 total adults with us and we had plenty of enough space for everybody! even the bunk beds were spacious which we were scared about originally. great location across from all sorts of restaurants and attractions!

Wonderful Thunder Beach week

Gulf Crest is a great property and this unit is lovely. The pictures are accurate. Everything needed in kitchen is provided. Bed in master bedroom is very comfortable and the large shower is fantastic. The unit was clean upon arrival. The view fron the balcony is wonderful. At first we were disappointed that the recliner would not recline. So here's a tip for future visitors. It's an electric recliner and the power cord was in the drawer of the end table next to the chair. One more thing to be aware of is that the door does not lock automatically when it closes. The location is great and I highly recommend this unit.

Paradise in PCB!

The condo exceeded our expectations! The description and pictures on VRBO were accurate. We loved the location ... not as much traffic on the streets and at the beach as in Destin and just as beautiful. We met so many friendly travelers staying at Gulf Crest who agreed that this was their favorite place to stay in the area. We always felt safe knowing it was gated and there was 24 hour security. The breezeway connecting the parking garage to the high speed elevators, made it so easy and conveinent to get to the condo. The private balcony was incredible and the view was priceless! We loved watching dolphins as we drank our coffee out there each morning! The staff were friendly and helpful! Gulf Crest had everything we needed to make our vacation the best! We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

Complex was wonderful and very clean

The condo property was spotless & that was great. Pools were kept clean, concrete was pressure washed regularly, game room if you have kids. Our condo was spacious and well decorated. The problem was our condo. It was filthy. Dirty sheets on the master bed, mold in the master bath, hall bath and washing machine, sand all over the floor, obviously not swept. The refrigerator had not been wiped out. I don’t know who was responsible for cleaning this condo, but they should find another line of work. As I said the unit was well laid out and had nice furniture , fixtures and a great balcony with plenty of chairs and a picnic table. If they get someone in there to clean it properly, it would be perfect!! I would definately rent another unit in this complex. (Or this one if it was maintained) One bad apple will NOT ruin my next trip!!
