Once you stay at Pinnacle Port Resort you'll come back again and again. Located away from it all, midway between Destin and Panama City at the quiet, western-most edge of Panama City Beach and nestled between the Camp Helen state park, the private beach-home community of Carillon, and Lake Powell, Pinnacle Port is one of the most secluded and quietest ocean-front resorts on the Panhandle. Yet we are chock-full of onsite amenities and just a 5-10 minute drive from dining, shopping, nightlife.

Beautiful location, exceptional property & over the top customer service!

Beautiful views of the bay or the ocean from either side of the condo. The most thoughtful and up-to-date touches made for an enjoyable stay with everything we could need. Michael is a great host who cares about his guests experience. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer…but it certainly gave us something to look forward to coming back to!

Pretty and not crowded

We enjoyed our few days in this condo and on the beach. Nice area and doesn’t have the crowds of the Destin area. Close to restaurants and a grocery. Check in and check out so easy. Manager communicates quickly. The views were lovely. Only slight issue were elevators. One was broken and 2 usable ones needed maintenance. But other guests told us they were fixing them. But this was only issue and it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks for a nice getaway.

Incredible location for convenience to everything

Great location. We were convenient to everything in Panama City Beach, 30A and not far from Destin. We took advantage of it all! The beach is incredibly close to the resort, so not a long walk with all of your beach "stuff" to set up.

We enjoyed the fact the the condo included very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Also included a pac n play and booster seat which came in handy with our 1 year old. The pac n play also had a very nice mattress pad.

Our stay was just a few days, we were trying to get to know the area. The location was central and the accommodations were clean and well stocked. The owner was easy to work with and supplied a great deal of information and instructions to enjoy the property and our stay.

Accurate description

Great views as advertised. This unit was clean and very nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was quite chilly when we visited at spring break but still managed time on the beach :) Rosemary beach community is a short 10 minute drive and Publix is just down the road.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly want. The views are fantastic and the beach is just steps away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay. The number of guests the condo holds (6) is a bit misleading since there are only 2 beds. The fold outs that were available are not actually beds. We purchased an inflatable bed for one of my sons to sleep on. They are 17 and 13 and would prefer not to sleep together and both are way too big for the cushions. The location was great and the view was amazing. We enjoyed it!

ZERO COMPLAINTS from us!!

We have rented 2 condos per year for the last few years to accommodate for out of state softball and baseball tournaments for our younger 2 children. This was by far THE BEST condo we have been in! The views on both sides were absolutely beautiful, each morning & evening was a different natural work of art! The best part was how well stocked this condo was with just about everything! The pots and pans were high quality which makes a huge difference in cooking for a family! We will absolutely book here again!

Great condo!

We loved the condo and the location, great location for families as it was less busy than the main strip of pcb area. The views were great, it was nicely equipped, I don’t think there was anything we needed and didn’t have, and the owners were very friendly to deal with throughout the whole process, we will definitely have this one on our radar from now on!

Communication with the property owner was excellent. Provided thorough property details & area tips. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated all the plug ins for electronics, the telescope & binoculars. Bathrooms were on the small side but adequate. Bed was very comfortable. View of the gulf & lake were great. Although this was a condo there were NO issues with noise.

Anniversary Getaway

VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!!! Beds are comfy and the inside of the condo is new and updated beautifully! This was a fantastic place to stay! It is updated and in an absolutely gorgeous spot. We had a check in error experience where the guard misplaced our names, but the owner and security team were fantastic at figuring out the situation in a professional and timely manner. We would certainly stay here again.
