Sea Glass, an Ocean Gem with Reserved Beach Chairs

Sea Glass is your 10th-floor oceanfront retreat, where color soaked sunsets pour through the windows and across your private balcony. An elevator ride within moments brings you poolside or in the sand, where your reserved beach chairs await. It’s a little Gulf gem guests return to again and again.

Our west-facing condo feels spacious and thoughtfully designed for a one-bedroom retreat. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a quiet night in when you prefer to stay close to the water. After sunset, sink into the leather sofas with your favorite show on the large TV, or step onto the balcony and let the sound of the waves carry you into the evening before drifting off to do it all again tomorrow.

Two reserved beach chairs are included with your stay and set up directly in front of the resort. If additional chairs or water activities are desired, Watersports PCB operates on-site for rentals and excursions.
Guests also have access to:
• Grills located at the east and west ends of the property near the side pools
• Picnic tables near the pool areas
• Beach swings for relaxing by the water
• Laundry facilities on the ground floor of each tower (across from the elevators)
• Trash chutes located on each floor next to the elevators (no boxes, please)
• Restrooms on the ground level near picnic areas
Parking is first come, first served and limited to one vehicle per reservation.

I’m available by phone or text between 7 AM and 9 PM and am happy to help make your stay smooth and memorable. During office hours (9 AM–5 PM), the HOA office can also assist with any on-site resort questions.

Supplies & Towels
We provide starter essentials to help you settle in. For longer stays, you may wish to bring or purchase additional paper products and personal hygiene items.
Bath towels and 4 beach towels are provided. If you need more than this you can bring extra from home or do launder during your stay.

Beach Chair Season
* Complimentary reserved beach chairs are available March 1 – October 31.
* Chair service is closed November 1 – February 28.
