Gorgeous beachfront 2BR Condo Steps from the beach with a pool!!!

Welcome to "Island Time"! That's what I call this adorable 2 bedroom, one bath unit in the low-rise Sand Castles West complex. Sand Castles West is directly across the street from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. Island time is a NON-SMOKING unit.

The unit is located on the highly desirable, family friendly west side of Panama City Beach... miles away from the noise and party crowds you'll find on the east side. Sand Castles West is about 1 mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort.

Island Time is in Building G in the Sand Castles West complex (the closest building to the beach). It's about 200 steps from the corner of the stairwell to the beach access. If you prefer a dip in an immaculately maintained pool, one of our complexes two pools is just at the other end of the building.

Sand Castles West is a "low rise" complex, not a massive concrete complex with remote parking and maddening long waits for slow (and far too-few elevators). Our unit is on the second floor (just one flight of stairs up from the parking lot). You'll have a stress-free vacation with lots of amenities, shopping, and of course the gorgeous beaches literally at your fingertips.

The unit itself can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three flat-screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The kitchen is cozy but functional and well-stocked, and the entire condo is tastefully decorated and beach themed to enhance your experience!

WiFi is included so bring all your devices, and the unit has its own washer and dryer so you don't have to waste your valuable vacation time sitting at a laundromat.

We're very "budget friendly" for a 2 bedroom unit so well maintained and close to the beach, so come get away and enjoy some "Island Time"!

Was very nice conveniently located by the beach and stores right next door. Cleanliness i gave 4 stars because of some small things nothing major but i did let the owner know and im sure those things will be took care of. I will gladly stay again.

Everything was good except that there weren't clean towels when we arrived. All of them where in the dryer,and since they were a lot and mixed with sheets, They would not have dried in two days. When I opened the dryer machine, I saw that towels were dirty and I had to wash them again in two loads. It could be because it was a very heavy load and washer machine is small. My suggestion is if there is a have a check out and check in same day, they need extra towels, otherwise new guesses won't find anything clean when they arrive. The rest was acceptable and good condition for the price.

Island Time

Floors had not been cleaned and were dirty - property manager needs to address this matter as well as the mold on the shower curtain - replace it as needed. Not a good place to stay for children with special needs. We were on the second level and those below us kept hitting the ceiling because he was running to release energy the first night we were there after a 12 hour car ride. They left at the first of the week and things returned to normal. Clocks are needed. Front door would not lock from the inside and needs repaired. Outside of these concerns, it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and beautiful condo

I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home. It’s close to just about everything and has all the amenities you will need for a week long stay! My family had an absolute blast! Will most definitely be staying here again in the future!

Awesome location with everything you need! Winn Dixie is basically next door for anything else, and all you need to do is cross the street to the beach. The host is very quick to respond to messages too! Would have booked for longer if it had been available for such. Thank you so much!!

Quaint Condo

Perfect size condo for a small family of 4 or four to five adults. Super clean and close to pool, beach and pier park. We will be booking it again. We stayed in condo with our friends and had no issues.
