This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults (or up to 10 guests with children) and sits just a short walk from a private stretch of white sand beach.     Designed with large families and groups in mind, this coastal retreat offers four full bedrooms, bright open living areas, and seamless access to world-class resort amenities.

    Please treat the home and its furnishings with care and notify us promptly of any damage or missing items. This may include linens damaged beyond reasonable cleaning or repair.

    Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

    Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please fully extinguish cigarettes and dispose of all smoking materials safely in an appropriate receptacle. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, in landscaping, or elsewhere around the property.

    Pets: Pets are not permitted.

    Minimum booking age: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. This age requirement applies only to the booking guest; children and younger accompanying guests are welcome.

    The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

Place was in a perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Steps from multiple pools, tennis courts, putt-putt, gym and in gated community. Golf cart has access to a huge area filled with entertainment options. Hosts were above and beyond in every way! Thank you for the memories! The Arnolds

Had a great time easy check in and out. Had a couple of questions for Ray who answered them rather quickly. Clean unit, plenty of dishes and silverware. The beach chairs came in handy. No complaints, will definitely be on our short list next time we back. Thanks for the excellent experience.

We had a great stay, the gated community is very nice. Golf cart was an excellent amenity, very close to the beach. The house was perfect for us, only downside was we only had one key card for entering the gated community for 7 of us staying at the house. Other wise a great trip.

We had excellent communication through the entire process. We even had a cell phone number! The house was exactly as advertised. There was an awesome golf cart for our use but not enough time to do everything we wanted to do as we were there for a wedding. I would love to come back without an agenda and do everything we missed this trip! Husband and I took downstairs bedroom and two grown couples took upstairs rooms with queen beds and teenager took the room with a bunk bed. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of private space. This townhouse was a good choice for us! Well stocked, clean, comfortable. Didn’t hear the neighbors and the gate team was very helpful. Golf cart for quick trips.
