    Si está buscando el tipo de condominio de vacaciones perfecto para la familia y bien equipado, este es el indicado para usted. Los propietarios han tenido especial cuidado en hacer de este alquiler en Shores of Panama un lugar al que querrá venir cada año. Aquí hay Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, así que disfrútalo donde sea que estés en el condominio.

    Pero hablemos de lo que hace de este un lugar especial para ti.

    ¡Comencemos con la vista! Sales al balcón y obtienes la vista perfecta desde un gran balcón con muchos asientos cómodos. Y es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu café de la mañana. Querrás pasar mucho tiempo aquí. Es grande y cómodo.

    La sala de estar es muy cómoda con capacidad para 5. Es elegante sin ser demasiado formal. Pero no es por eso que elegirás este condominio. Tiene excelentes vistas. Llano y simple.

    Hay una pantalla plana de 50 "para disfrutar, pero tus ojos siempre vagarán por la playa. Y hay un sofá cama queen para dormir adicional.

    Si bien no hay mesa de comedor, hay muchos asientos alrededor del mostrador de la cocina. Y la cocina tiene todo lo que necesita, ya sea que esté tomando un refrigerio o preparando una comida gourmet.

    Su MASTER SUITE tiene una enorme cama king size con cabecero. Ropa de cama realmente lujosa y un televisor de pantalla plana. Salga al balcón desde aquí.

    El 2nd MASTER también cuenta con una cama KING con mucho espacio para todas sus cosas con un televisor de pantalla plana.

    El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queEN y un televisor de pantalla plana.

    El área de LAVANDERÍA está ubicada para que mantener a todos con ropa limpia sea muy fácil.

A slice of heaven in Miramar Beach!

We were initially supposed to stay in PCB, but a week before our trip, we found out that there was a flooding incident above the unit we were supposed to be staying in. The property manager offered us a villa in Miramar Beach instead. It was awesome! Not a ton of people, and a very short walk to the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shopping! We loved our stay and we will be back!

This property is dirty and full of roaches. The furniture is not the same in the picture and the 3rd bedroom does not allow room to store your luggage/clothes, or anything else. Best Beach Getaway did a great job addressing the bug situation and moved us to a different property the next day, which was fantastic and bug free.

The room was exactly as pictures showed! The parking garage was a nightmare and having to “search” for numbered spot was awful. Communication of parking spot with check-in info would have been great. The elevator situation is a mess, too. A map & listing of property amenities in the room would be a great resource for first time guest, such as us. The area is very congested, beach & roads.

Overall it was good however the pictures of the furniture online were not what we found at all!! There were a few issues with cleaniess especially the floors that my husband took care of by purchasing a swiffer at Walmart while I realize there is a certain amount or time between rentals I think it could have been done better otherwise the location and view was beautiful

The property is very well maintained. Elevators at certain times where a headache. Getting a pool chair is almost impossible. People set towels on chairs for hours before they actually use them leaving others to not be able to sit in one.

Cons: The keypad was hard to use but we figured it out . The company that cleans needs to do a better job. The cable boxes were hard to figure out. Not the condo owners fault but the elevators are terrible. Pros: parking was good for one car, beds were comfortable, the family pictures throughout the condo were precious, the balcony and view were amazing. As a family we enjoyed our stay!

Definitely not worth the money!

Leaking toilets to the point all of our towels had to stay on the floor so my kids didn’t slip and fall on the water puddles in our bathroom, tried to cook them dinner and made cheesy potatoes in a glass baking dish that cracked in the oven! Not only was our meal ruined I had to pay for it!!!! Drunk people yelling off the balconies from dusk until dawn!!!! Horrible experience

For the price this condo is in my opinion not worth it. The view of balcony is nice but not much else. 3rd bedroom is tiny and has no space for any clothing/suitcases. The hot water NEVER got hot and most of the time was luke warm in both bathrooms! When we got there the floors were really dirty and we reached out and they did get that cleaned in a timely manner. But I feel that for the space in this condo and as outdated as it is the price is a little steep.

Beautiful room and condo, but more of a party place

The condo and room itself were beautiful. Room was clean and ready on time. Beautiful view. The only complaint I have for the condo itself is the elevators. Half of them were out of order(probably from drunk kids) and we had to wait a long time for them often. We even took 11 flights of stairs with kids multiple times. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. It seemed the majority of the people staying at the shoes of panama were teens and college kids. They yell off the balcony all night & slam doors well into the early morning hours. They also trash the beaches with beer cans, that we stepped on a few times. Needles to say my kids got a good glimpse of how NOT to behave as young adults! Aside from that, we had a great time!

Spring Break 2023

For the most part this was a great rental. It took us a bit to figure out how to lock the exterior door from the outside. The 3rd (queen) bedroom was pretty small. There is not much room to maneuver and much less to open a suitcase unless it’s on the bed. Having 8 people would be pretty cramped by the time you add luggage. The kitchen was well equipped which I appreciated but there was not much room to store food if you plan on cooking there - our stuff ended up on the counters We were there the last week of March and during our 6 night stay, the emergency security notification went off 3 times - always late at night, instructing us to vacate using the stairs. Because of the busy time of year, there could sometimes be lines at the elevators. Walmart is within walking distance and Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. I’d stay here again - clean, well equipped inside the condo and a beautiful pool area outside. Plus it’s right on the beach!

PositiveCondo was nice, pool area nice, close to beach, security wonderful. The woman at the vacation planner desk was very helpful and nice. Negative Condo could have been cleaner, found water bottle under bed, kids room pillow case dirty with blood stains "yuck". The keyless door was hard to open and there was a trick to it to make sure it was locked before you left. Had to call maintenance to figure out how to turn cable on. Had to call information to find out what wi-fi code was. I think some of this information could have been left on the refrigerator on a piece of paper so we didn't have to make these phone calls The chairs on the beach were expensive. The place could have had some chairs vacationers left behind so we could borrow them. Nice but needs improvement.

Panama City Beach is beautiful, Shores of Panama not so much!

The contactless check-in was great! However, I was disappointed with the upkeep of the property. The doors and hallways were nasty and unkept. The pictures of the property, including the condo itself, are REALLY OUTDATED!All the pictures must have been taken when the property was brand new. We had a water leak in our condo and had to keep towels on the floor to prevent slipping and falling. Finally, we were able to talk to someone and leave a text message. I asked to be moved and was told the condo had to be flooded in order for us to be moved to another condo. Maintenance fixed the leak after two days of messing with it. There are definitely not enough elevators for that size property. My family made the best of our time together but I probably will not be back to Shores of Panama again.

Amazing condo, very clean

After I booked the property, I read several negative reviews of the property and was worried. I can tell you my worries were completely unfounded. To address a few: I saw absolutely not a single bug. The furniture on the deck was as pictured in the photos, as was all the other furniture. The condo was exceptionally clean. My best friend was with us and grew up with a mom who owns a cleaning business. She is usually very critical of vacation properties in the cleaning department, but she was impressed with the cleanliness, noting that the fridge looked "brand new" inside. The beach and outdoor pools were beautiful and even during peak spring break week were not too crowded. The downsides: the poolside restaurant food was not good; save your money and cook in the condo. The check in at the parking garage was a bit confusing - the resort worker didn't know if we were supposed to pay a fee for parking or if it was already paid - the parking pass and resort bands aka "check-in packet" were already paid for and waiting for us in the condo. The parking garage is 12 levels and the assigned spot is on the 11th floor. It can take a while to get up/down the parking garage but it's very nice having your car on the same level as the condo. Overall excellent experience and I would stay here again. Thank you!

Several issues - cleanliness + listing accuracy

I have never given a negative review, but this was bad. We booked this condo instead of others, assuming we were getting “more”. It’s a 3BR 2.5 Bath, the view was great. The condo was subpar at best. 1120 was not booked in the days leading up to our stay, there should be no reason the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to our arrival. The floor was filthy, tonenail clippings, sand on coffee tables, dirty counters, soap scum and grime on the bathroom sinks and showers. If that wasn’t bad enough, what appears to be bodily fluids was on the bench in the master bedroom. I did call best beach getaway immediately to come address our issues. They came to reclean, floor was mopped, but one look under/around the furniture you’ll still see dust mites and a nasty sock still under the dresser in the master. We were told they would wipe down counters if we removed items, however the bathroom counter and showers were not addressed. We were told the 2nd master shower wouldn’t clean because of the design (not true - a scrub brush and cleaner would fix that). The master bathroom door knob wouldn’t stay on, that was fixed. There was a known issue with the master bedroom fan it squeaks too noisy to use, not fixed; master toilet continues to run -not fixed. All appliances (broken buttons) cookware (bent) need replacing. Not enough working elevators to handle the volume. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has an aversion to stairs.
