Great location. LOTS of room in this condo! Kitchen could use some additional utensils, but has the basics. Our only complaint was that the description of the condo states there is a 25” tv in the bunk room, and that is not the case. There is no tv in that room. Pools are amazing! Overall, fabulous condo with plenty of room for a family!!

4th of July week

The condo was good, it was quiet and not crowded. Never had a problem with the elevators. The ladies working there and cleaning the property were working hard! The pools were good. The room itself was okay, not the cleanest. There were broken blinds in living room and in the master bedroom so the sun woke us up super early. Beds were comfy. The bunk bed room had no storage for the kids clothes so they had to live out of their suitcase’s. Overall we had a good time.

Cute and roomy

I love the fact that you have two king size beds! Great for couples. Twin room was small, but we just had one so it was perfect for us and just what we needed. Definitely would stay here again! The only negatives would be, the bathtub could be updated in the master bathroom and the broken blinds in there as well.

Amazing location makes up for broken blinds and dirty floors

Positives: We enjoyed our stay greatly. The view is incredible, the price was right, and the Celedon is a great place to stay. It's on the quieter side of the island, and we enjoyed the beach every day. You can rent chairs on the beach for a fee, or you can bring your own and just walk down past where the chairs are setup. Negatives: As other reviewers have noted, the blinds on the deck doors in both the living room and the master bedroom are broken. For the master bedroom, the blinds let a lot of light in early in the morning, but this wasn't a big deal as we were waking up early every day. For some, this might be a deal breaker. As far as cleanliness goes, we found overall the rental was pretty clean. Everywhere "obvious" was very clean.. However, this is in bad need of a deep clean, this is another issue hinted at by other reviewers... There is visible dirt still on the floors under the beds, behind and beside night stands, and on fan blades. Hopefully the owner will pay for a deep clean soon to fix this problem. The blinds are broken due to previous renters not following instructions. The vertical blinds that are installed can easily get sucked out the deck door and broken. I would suggest getting rid of the blinds and replacing entirely with drapes. Conclusion: Even with these problems, my family and I would still stay there again so long as it was priced similarly. We really enjoyed our trip.

Family oriented

My family and I were blessed enough to take my grandmother on her first ever beach vacation. The views from our balcony was everything she imagined the ocean to be. Only complaint we have, we could not get the living room tv to work. Overall, check in was easy, condo was a decent size & everyone was happy with it!

Perfect size for a family

The perfect size for a family with enough space to stretch out and relax after a day at the beach. Close to food, shopping and activities. The parking deck with climate controlled crossing tunnel was a bonus, keeping our vehicle out of the sun. They also had an umbrella and some beach chairs and toys for use which was nice. The kitchen has all the basic cooking necessities but bring extra dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper if you’ll be there for a few days. This unit could use some basic maintenance attention. The verticals blinds were missing several blades and the dining table and chairs were pretty wobbly. Also probably time for a deep clean. While the bed linens and towels were clean as well as most of the surfaces, the rugs and ceiling fans were very dirty and there were food particles and dust in corners and cabinets. Nothing that would ruin your stay but worth mentioning.

Great location

Nice condo with basic amenities. Great view from the family room and master bedroom! Easy access to the beach. No issues with the parking garage. Easy in and out. Pools were nice and heated. Overall a great stay!

Met our needs

Overall it was a fine property and we all had a great time. There was plenty of space and access to the beach was great. Check-in was pretty simple except for the fact that the code needed to register your vehicle was nowhere in our email or text information and I had to reach out to get it. I will warn that the pictures in the listing do make it seem more immaculate than it is. As someone else has mentioned, there was no tv in the kids room, which was fine because mine didn’t need it but it is misleading. The tv in the living room was funky, my husband was slightly disappointed that he couldn’t watch football in HD but he survived. There were several small things that indicate it hasn’t been taken care of properly: broken bar stool, broken dining room chair, wobbly dining rooms chairs, plus the vacuum wouldn’t even suck sand off the rug and was already labeled “POS need to trash.” Oh, and the heated pool always left my kids shivering so…don’t count on that if you’re traveling during the cooler months like we did. The view was amazing, the location was great, and we had a wonderful little family getaway.

Great!

The location is great, the condo is just as described. You cannot *BACK* your vehicle into a parking space or you will receive a citation. Parking is $40 per vehicle. Other than that, our stay was great.

Dirty

The property was nice and conveniently located but our unit was extremely shabby and unclean. The floors were slippery with some kind of residue, there was mold in the showers, there was broken glass in one of the bedrooms when we arrived, one of the dining room chairs was broken and wobbly, and all of the kitchen items were in terrible shape. The unit’s vacuum barely worked, and the bunk room had little to no ventilation. I do not recommend at all.

Issues with response

I contacted the host through VRBO regarding an issue with the dryer. I was advised to call the maintenance department. I spoke with them and someone came out the next day and was unable to fix it. I was told it would be 2 days before the part came in which was completely unacceptable. A new dryer was delivered later that evening (after multiple messages and being a lot later than I was told). I have sent multiple messages regarding clothes that were ruined in the original dryer with no response. My overall stay was good but i am very unhappy with the response time, and now no response regarding my issue with the clothing. I sent another message last night asking for a response before I left my review and I still have not heard anything from them.

Family trip

Overall the condo was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. However, the coffee pot wouldn’t work, there was a sewage smell occasionally in the front master bathroom and the bunk room for kids didn’t have a tv like the description mentioned. That room was one of the main reasons I booked this property. It’s in a great location and close to everything you could want. It was a nice family vacation.

Our stay

Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned. There were chips on the floor from the the last tenets. Looked like dog poop or something on the balcony that had been there long enough to not be identifiable. But other than that a very nice place to stay. No issues with checking in or out. Overall cleanliness was adequate. Great area where traffic wasn’t too bad.
