Relax and enjoy the pristine Beaches of South Walton. High Pointe is the place where you want to be! High Pointe is on the south side of Hwy. 30A, so all units have a view of the Gulf. The private beach is not crowded, yet is convenient to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside. High Pointe overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

It has a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfall, hot tub, kiddie pool, 2 clay tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playground, shuffleboard, and several BBQ areas. Enjoy your favorite beverage along with a meal or a snack at Crabby Steve's, which overlooks the Gulf. High Pointe Resort is convenient to fine and casual dining, shopping, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, water parks, miniature golf, cinema, aquarium --you name it, we have it close by! High Pointe is within walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

Our 2026 resort amenities include:

Food and beverages at Crabby Steve’s on site beach restaurant overlooking the gulf.

Expanded watersports (paddleboards, surfboards, small sailing craft, etc.) and watersports lessons on the beach, beach volleyball (check with beach service regarding using these features)

All units, pool area and restaurant have complementary high speed Wi-Fi

Our 2nd floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is comfortably furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and need. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and DVD players.

If you enjoy cooking, take advantage of our FULLY RENOVATED, upgraded, fully-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth-surface cooktop, and microwave. Our condo also has a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Our dining room comfortably seats 10 – 6 at the table and 4 at the counter on bar stools.

We offer FREE WIFI and FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and an umbrella already set up in front of the buildings).

Rosemary Retreat 🏝️

Endless Summer was the perfect place for our family of 6! Honestly, on first sight of the VRBO listing I thought the condo looked a little dated, but it’s not dated at all! The condo had the perfect beachy vibe. The layout was great. It was not too big and not too small. The 3 bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which was incredibly nice. The condo was very clean and had everything the listing stated. We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was very spacious and clean. I truly can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better. We will definitely be visiting Endless Summer again! In regard to the location: This was our first time visiting 30A. In my opinion High Pointe (the gated community the condo is located) was in the perfect location. It was in the heart of Seacrest, Rosemary, and a 20 minute drive to Seaside. The condo was right across the street from a great little shopping/ small restaurant plaza that had live music. This location was not overly crowded, compared to Seaside. .

Great vacation

The unit was very clean and in a perfect location. Wish we had better weather (but nobody can control that). It was well stocked and if I had to list any drawback, it would only be better toilet paper 😂. Very nice place.

Wonderful Vacation

We were new to renting through VRBO. Linda patiently walked us through each step. With 3 teenagers and one preteen it was a perfect location. Our grandchildren had a wonderful experience. Linda’s condo was perfect.

Great location right across from everything in Rosemary! The condo could use alittle updating. The whole complex itself looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. Alittle frustrated that the pool was broke all week except for a few hours on our last day! I have 4 small kids who cannot be at the beach all day. The pool was a big selling feature. We were not warned ahead of time or told by the owner that the pool was broke. Took over a week to fix. Was not issued any type of refund. There were also many large ants in our condo. I probably killed 30. The owner did mention housekeeping would come by and spray but I never saw them so I’m not sure if they did. The ice maker was also broke. They did have a lot of ice cube trays so that helped. Crabby Steve’s was nice to have right there, and there is ramp to take you to the beach so that was great for wagons/strollers. I will not stay at this unit again.

Fantastic New Years Vacation

This property is in an excellent location to shopping, restaurants and the ocean! We had all accommodations and a great vacation! It is a beautiful condo and we would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Location in High Pointe is great! The condo is very spacious and furniture was great. Plenty of room to eat and relax after a day in the beach. Also walkable restaurants with outdoor live music across the street. .

High Pointe vacation

This is an excellent property. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are clean and well appointed with black out curtains in two of the bedrooms. The bathrooms have been updated. The seating in the living area is ample to accommodate many people. Great pool view. This is a very nice condo for a vacation.

Summer 2021

This was our first time staying at High Pointe, but we have been coming to the Rosemary area since 2009. The condo was clean and met the needs of our family nicely. The location is super convenient and nice to be able to go back and forth to the beach and condo. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location

The location and complex were great with nice pool, jacuzzi, and easy walk to bikes or beach chairs. The unit was good size with 3 ample size bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit includes a few nice updates such as kitchen countertops and master shower. The furnishings, decor, & cleanliness were just average and comparable to average priced rental properties. The drains & floors could use a more thorough cleaning/inspection between renters as we had a tub stoppage, kitchen sink leak, and the need to sweep/vacuum prior renters snacks from floor. The kitchen leak was repaired within 24-hours and cleanliness was fine after I completed sweeping/vacuuming after checkin. There is a small view corridor to the ocean with what I would describe as primarily a nice pool view. The convenience to bike rentals, beach access, shops of Rosemary were among my favorite destinations in 30a.

We loved the condo and the view was awesome. One problem we had was with the freezer. The ice maker was VERY slow and the freezer did not keep our ice cream frozen and the hair blow dryer in the master bedroom did not work. Other than that, we loved it. The owner was great to work with!!

Great Condo!

This condo was so great for our family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We have been to High Pointe and love all the amenities. Great place for families with easy access to beach. Crabby Steve’s restaurant on property great for lunch and early dinner.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed for a week and loved it! The place is very clean and had to up to date accommodations. The locale is great too with great shopping in walking distance. The food at the restaurants nearby was superb, a bit pricey, but it was so worth it. Overall such a great place to stay!
