This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 14th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The condo was very clean, spacious , beautifully decorated and great views from the balcony. Plenty of elevators hardly any wait. Parking was easy. Beach was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

2023 Florida Vacation

Enjoyed our 2022 vacation property so much with no issues, rebooked the same for 2023 with the same results. If we decide to go to that part of Florida for 2024 will highly consider booking the same again.

Great Place To Stay!

We stayed here during the July 4th week. Great condo and location. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the fireworks up and down the shoreline. Condo had everything our family needed and really enjoyed the quieter West end location. We plan to return again!

Beautiful place!

The property is very well kept at all times! There is always parking and the elevators arent a long wait from higher floors. The condo was so beautiful and comfy.It fit all our needs and then some. The view each day was absolutely amazing from the balcony Definately one of the best condos I've been to! Helen was very responsive and helpful during the whole trip. I will definately be coming back.

Emerald Isle Condo

Easy access to Beautiful beach, very close to Pier Park and restaurants. Balcony at the condo is huge. A must is The old Florida Fish house. Very beautiful outdoors in evening and indoor seating. Excellent food and service. Live Music in the evening. Nice. Not blaring.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! Very clean, great beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and an awesome huge balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy and the booking process was easy. The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

October Sunsets

This is our 2nd year in row that we have stayed at this condo. We hope to go again next year. The condo is clean and updated and because it is on the far end we can watch the most beautiful sunsets and see the fireworks display at Pier Park. We like that it is mostly families and older adults so it is peaceful and quiet.

Fantastic view

I've stayed at a few condos in Panama City Beach and this is by far the best one I've stayed at. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the beach front. Location isn't far from the touristy parts of PCB. Patio view is breath taking. We didn't take advantage of the grills in the pool/hot tub area but would the next time. Every room was spacious, the furniture very comfortable. I would highly recommend Emerald Isle to everyone. We would also stay here again.

Nice basic condo unit, great balcony and views

This end unit had excellent view of sunsets, so that was a plus. The curved balcony on all these units is really nice providing extra space which we needed because it rained quite a bit so we were outside on the balcony enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Refrigerator made lots of ice which we used in our small coolers. Bed in the master was fine. The only problem I had was the couch and love seat in den were really uncomfortable to sit on, and there were no pillows to use and try to make it more comfortable. The beach chair/umbrella guys were really slack and did not want to put out equipment even though other condos next door had theirs out, plus they had a bit of an attitude. Maybe its late in the season so they were not their best, I don't know. The beach and ocean were absolutely perfect - water clear, not much seaweed, etc. Elevators were quick enough, no complaints. Parking it tight not only small spaces but not enough spaces at the building so I had to park across street.

Much needed vacatio

This property is as described! We enjoyed the wrap deck, we ate all our meals there and drank our coffee there every morning. Mikes across the street has good food and prices and the staff was super attentive. We also enjoyed Sharkey's, Coconuts and Donut Hole. Pristine beach and warm tropical waters. This year we saw a sea turtle and a manite.

Very Nice

The Condo was excellent with everything we needed. The view was amazing. The only thing I would possibly down rate is the cleanliness of the outside of the building. Doors needed paint and around the entry and exit areas could use a little TLC. But overall, the place was excellent. Property owner was very nice and easy to work with. Would get back to me with any questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful condo to stay and a beautiful few days in PCB

We loved the condo. It is the nicest we have stayed in the 20 years we have vacationed in PCB. We do feel the VRBO fees are high but we enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay again next October.

Beautiful condo and family friendly beach

I have stayed at Emerald Isle many times in the past 10 years and have never been disappointed. This condo is an end unit on the west side, which lends to gorgeous views of sunsets. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and well furnished. The facility itself is well maintained. Pools very clean and maintained and parking is convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay again here. No worries with checking in manager gave key information prior to our arrival. The only negative was the beach service for chairs was slow and guys were rude to begin with.
