Disfrute de su día deambulando por las tiendas de Seacrest o en las blancas arenas de Seacrest Beach, ¡esta casa ofrece lo mejor de ambos mundos!



    DENTRO DE LA CASA

    Bienvenido a Happy Hour. Esta casa de dos pisos está diseñada para vivir en la playa con un ambiente relajado y familiar, perfecto para usted y su familia o invitados. El primer piso cuenta con una suite de invitados con cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Disfrute de su café matutino en el porche delantero o al aire libre en el acogedor columpio, escuchando los sonidos de Seacrest. 



    La sala de estar del primer piso tiene un hermoso concepto abierto con muchos asientos para que todos disfruten. Los sofás de gran tamaño y las cómodas sillas brindan el telón de fondo perfecto para una noche de cine familiar o para ver el gran partido. Su cocina ofrece un conjunto completo de electrodomésticos y todos los utensilios de cocina, platos y vasos que necesita para grandes fiestas. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas en la mesa y 4 adicionales en la barra de desayuno, lo que deja mucho espacio para la familia después de un día lento en la playa. ¡Hay una lavadora y secadora grandes en el segundo piso para lavar el agua del mar y prepararse para el día siguiente!

    Arriba, encontrará una hermosa suite principal y dos habitaciones.  El maestro tiene una cama king con baño privado, con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha.  Con un bar en el segundo piso, disfrute de su cóctel nocturno en el balcón, mirando las estrellas sobre la Costa Esmeralda. La suite de invitados tiene una cama queen con baño compartido; Ofreciendo a cada huésped el refugio perfecto después de un d��a en la playa, la suite para invitados también tiene acceso privado al balcón.  La habitación de la litera del segundo piso es un lugar perfecto para los niños para pasar la noche dormido.  Cada habitación tiene un televisor.

    En la cubierta posterior, hay una ducha al aire libre, para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa, así como una parrilla para barbacoas de verano. La casa tiene un gran porche delantero perfecto para descansar con una taza de café y un buen libro.

    El centro de la ciudad de Seacrest tiene varios restaurantes, pequeñas boutiques, tiendas de recuerdos, alquiler de bicicletas y una pequeña tienda de comestibles.  ¡Las vacaciones de primavera y el verano pueden disfrutar de música en vivo!  .

    UBICACIÓN

    Ubicado cerca de la playa de Rosemary, disfrute de caminar o andar en bicicleta a los mejores restaurantes de la zona, tiendas exclusivas, senderos para bicicletas y disfrute de clases de tenis como el Rosemary Tennis Club. Seacrest Beach North está a un corto paseo de las hermosas playas de la Costa Esmeralda o puede subir a bordo del transporte privado de la playa de Seacrest Beach que lo recogerá en la parada de tranvía D8, que está al otro lado de la calle desde su casa, ¡y lo llevará directamente a la playa!

    La casa está tranquilamente paseando por las calles de adoquines bordeadas de palmeras y descubrirá la hermosa área de la piscina de 12,000 pies cuadrados con cascadas, fuentes, dos casas de baños y mucho espacio para tomar el sol.

We had a wonderful stay - the property was well-maintained and clean and the management company was very responsive to questions and quick to provide assistance. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Easy check in process. Guest services very helpful. Plenty of family friendly things to do within walking distance. Pool was a great bonus! Great place to stay for everyone. Will definitely be back.

This house was perfect. The living room and kitchen were all so clean and functional. The backyard area is so relaxing and great space. The pool was beautiful and got the perfect amount of sun! We brought our own floaties but the host does have some in the back too! The space was perfect for our needs and very close to the main square as well.

This was our first time on 30A, and in general everything was very convenient. Having a car was good for the grocery store and going to a less crowded, public beach. The private beach area gets packed!Another reason to get a car: We also got a very reasonable price for a private boat that took us swimming with dolpins, snorkeling, and seeing sea turtles.Blue Dolphin for rental, Captain Guy was wonderful.

We loved our stay here! Location was so amazing you’re close to Rosemary town and the pool was great. The backyard has been updated from the photos and it’s such a great space!

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a beautiful and clean home located in the perfect area. So seasonings so if you plan to cook be prepared to bring salt and pepper.

Nice Neighborhood

Located in a perfect spot for a short walk to Rosemary. Also has nice shops at the front of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Private pool was definitely a plus!

Perfect Getaway

Went for a bachelorette party with 8 girls and this was a perfect house! More than enough space, beautiful inside, and the pool out back was an added luxury. Would be an incredible spot for a family vacation as well; I hope to return!

Great spot!

Enjoyed our stay here… good location that is an easy walk to anything you want to do in Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. Main living area easily accommodated our group and the bedrooms were nice. Bunk room was great for the kids.

Overall the location and amenities of this property are amazing and as described. However, we were severely disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property when we arrived. A few of the issues we encountered:1) little balls of previous guests’ hair in each bedroom, as if they weren’t vacuumed 2) outside trash can overflowing made it impossible to take kitchen trash out3) back pool patio covered in dirt and debris 4) 2 bunk room beds had multiple slats broken and a few of the beds weren’t made5) living room couch covered in sandSome of these issues were addressed by the host when we were there, but the number of issues made our stay quite unenjoyable and unfortunately I do not recommend this home to other renters.Make sure to buy your own trash bags/toilet paper/paper towels/soap because there is only a very small “starter kit” of these things for each renter. Finally, there was a storm during our stay which caused some nasty plumbing issues: sewage coming out of the master shower, master shower not draining, toilets not flushing. While some of these things may be expected after a heavy storm in the area, the host has failed to even respond to us raising these issues.

A perfect location, very nice home, very clean and well equipped, walkable to everything! Pool is a great perk on top of the community pool. We rented bikes with their recommendation, which worked out great. The beach space set aside for the community is limited, however was still wonderful. Thank you from our family

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this great home in Seacrest!! Great location, clean, and a overall amazing time!! The pool was absolutely the best and was a great addition for our two daughters! We look forward toward renting again!

Great Stay Relaxing Long Weekend

The house is in a prime location to the beach and pools. The backyard was a perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is fantastic, within walking distance to shops and convenient shuttles to easily get you to the beach.

Nothing short of AMAZING

We had my bachelorette trip here and all I can say is wow!!! We had the absolute best time! The pool is the perfect size and even is able to be heated! The house was perfect and the bunk bed room was a hit. Thanks for having the best house for us to stay in for weekend! We will be back!

Cute house - Great location!

This cute beach home made for a fun and relaxing stay for our family. There is plenty of room and it's in a great location near the shops and restaurants. The community pool is 2 blocks away and the tram stop is steps away. The home appears to be in the midst of some ongoing upgrades/renovations so there was some mis-matched cabinetry in the kitchen but overall, it's a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for Family Vacation!

This place was everything we could have wanted! There was plenty of comfortable seating, very nice and comfortable outdoor furniture, space for everyone to spread out!!! The pool and pool furniture was perfect for our family! Ample kitchen ware. Parents, grown children and their spouses, and grandchild had a very wonderful vacation here! Everyone agreed that we want to come back next year!
