Our well stocked gulf-front condo on the east side of building is very charming and beautifully decorated. The unit has one bedroom, built-in bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 14th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy as well.

Our unit has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32' cable TV, phone and bathroom access through bedroom to bath. Along the hallway is the built-in bunk bed. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' flat panel led HGTV with cable, DVD player, stereo system with Ipod dock/cd and phone.

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

**A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO INSIDE THE UNIT.

** WIFI INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CONDO AND AT STARBUCKS.

Emerald Beach Resort has the best location in Panama City Beach. It features a large gulf front swimming pool (heated during winter time) and hottub. Another 2 pools across street, one geared to kids with bucket dumps, and another hottub! located just a couple minute walk to Sharkeys for great food and drinks. It is also located 20 minute walk to Dan Russell Fishing Pier and Pier Park Shopping Center (restaurants, movie theatre department store, gift shops are and more...).

All monthly rentals will be charged $200 monthly utility fee and a $190 cleaning fee.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the used sheets/pillowcases and start in dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out (trash chutes are
located both to the east and west of unit by elevators).
5. Remove used linens from main bed.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper sofa.
7. Remove used linens from bunk beds.
8. Please don’t forget to leave all the resort wrist bands (there will be a charge of
$10.00 for each unreturned resort/pool tags).
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and lock the front door.

Big disappointment

Furnishings were nothing like the pictures. There were so many rules to follow, I expected a pristine condo. Needed updating badly. Owner very kind and I feel bad saying negative things, although I can’t be untruthful.

They had an elevator down most of the time we were there. We had problems with the TV not working. Poor communication on what we were aloud to use and not use in the unit. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was clean.

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, condo was decorated beautifully (the living room lamps! ), very spacious and homey, everything was exactly as described. The owner was very easy to communicate with and a gem to work with! We watched a manatee from the balcony a couple of mornings, which my girls thought was SUPER cool! The resort is extremely nice, location was perfect! We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful Ocean View

The condo was very nice. The view was amazing. Accurate listing. It was a little tricky with having to ride multiple elevators to get to your vehicle with your luggage in tow. The directions the host gave were spot on. Having to be out by nine and washing sheets and towels and starting the dryer before leaving was a little tricky for us because we had to pack up too. All in all great stay.

Outstanding location

We have stayed at several of condos through the years and this one ranks among the best for our family. Plenty of parking, freaky fast elevators, multiple walking distance restaurants, clean condo with comfortable beds. We loved everything about it and we would be excited to stay here again if available.

Family Vacay

We decided to go away on a special family vacation to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. She picked Florida for the destination and from there we went on VRBO and looked for a place on the Gulf Coast and stumbled upon this adorable condo at Emerald Beach Resort. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The condo offered everything we needed and the views from the oceanfront balcony were absolutely stunning! Ethann, our condo owner/property manager was great to work with! You were made to feel welcome and like you were truly an important guest at the VRBO property and not just someone else staying there. We have nothing but great things to say about our time away and our stay at Emerald Beach Resort #1432! It was paradise 🌴

I could not be more happy about my stay. If there were more stars to give I would. The host was so nice and helpful. The view was breathtaking. I did not have one issue or complaint. I had so much peace and relaxation. Exactly what I needed. The condo was so nice and clean. It is close to everything. Perfect location!! I highly recommend!!
