Welcome to Ocean Reef Unit 1903, an elegant and stunning beach-front condo that's perfect for a memorable vacation that'll last a lifetime! If you're looking for an upscale, coastal, vacation rental then stop looking. This is the one!

Our unique design and floor plan provides a spacious layout that includes comfortable furnishings, romantic faux fireplace, dining set for two with a view, large breakfast bar with seating for four, and fabulous balcony furniture for everyone. Guests spend hours on our balcony with room for everyone. The balcony includes nice, composite furnishings and side tables for viewing the beautiful emerald coast. Enjoy drinks, read a book, sunbathe or take a nap. It's the place to be.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy preparing meals and includes stainless appliances. Kitchen includes refrigerator with in-door, filtered, water and ice dispenser, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and sink garbage disposal. A convenient, separate laundry room with washer/dryer is also included.

The master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes wonderful gulf views! Sleep to the sound of the waves. A private master bathroom includes double vanity and combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin. Private access to the guest bathroom is included. The guest bath includes a combination shower/tub and single vanity.

Ocean Reef features 330 feet of linear beach, heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi/hot tub, steam room, sauna, and cardio fitness room. The pools are heated as needed to provide comfortable swimming and fun.

Ocean Reef is conveniently located. Beach-Front Restaurants, Mini-Golf, Go-Cart Track, Coffee and Donut Shop, and Gift Shops are all easily within walking distance of the building.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 5 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Quiet location, beach not crowded

I booked this property the day before arrival after a 1-night stay at a less-than stellar property. Communication with this property manager was excellent. The condo was clean, artistically decorated, and spacious. There were 3 in our group. We didn’t use the kitchen amenities although the options were wonderful. Parking was convenient and safe. The only negative comment is regarding the building itself: the elevators were in bad shape and many people got stuck. Often they were shut down and climbing 19 floors is tough. The building crew worked hard to repair them but it was a constant work in progress. Hopefully it is not a recurring issue for future guests. We would 100% stay here again barring elevator problems.

Great condo

Great condo! We have stayed at Ocean Reef many times, and this condo was our favorite. Will definitely be staying in this one again. Only issue was the elevators. They had multiple breakdowns while our stay. Other guest had been complaining about them even before we had gotten there. They really need to be addressed.

Nice stay

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Condo was nicely decorated and there was plenty of space for 3 adults and two adult sized teens. I loved the large couch which provided enough room for us to watch tv in the evenings after a long day at the beach. Just a heads up, if you use a blow dryer, definitely bring your own because this is not provided. It was not listed under the amenities but I assumed there would be one. That was my problem for assuming but wanted to give a heads up. The place was relatively clean aside from just a couple of small things. Other than that, the beaches are clean and the water is beautiful. The provided beach chairs, wagon, float and cooler were an added bonus. Oh, if you are between renting a car or ubering (if you aren't planning on traveling to different destinations), I can say that we are happy we chose to uber. The traffic gets very congested up and down Front Beach road. It is a little walk down to pier park, but not bad. We walked it a couple of times and also ubered. We got our groceries delivered via instacart and as for souvenirs, there is a shop right across the street. Overall, this is a nice place to stay for a family and I would recommend to others.

The condo is clean and well kept. Couch is very comfortable. Beds are as well. Had everything needed for our stay. Silverware, dishes, washer, dryer, etc… Balcony has great view. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! First, let’s talk about the condo. It was spotless and the balcony was huge and the furniture was comfy. It was amazing! The couch and chair was really comfy for enjoying movies in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked and it has a keurig. The bedrooms are large and each have a television. We thought the beds were a little firm, but that’s just our opinion. The bathrooms are spacious as well. I recommend checking in to the condo before running to the store because this owner is really thoughtful and in all of the VRBO’s I’ve stayed this was by far the most thoughtful and honestly after driving 16 hours it is so nice to arrive and have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a bar of Irish spring soap per bathroom, basic spices and a utility room with a cooler and beach items as well as a nice cart for loading and unloading because the building doesn’t offer luggage carts. Oh and she provided 2 laundry pods! On to the location. Right across the street was a large putt putt golf course and go karts. Very close by was an arcade and some great beach front restaurants. Walmart and shops were close too. They even have an animal encounter attraction where you can swim with dolphins right down the street! We are hoping to come back with our boys sometime. They would love it!!! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality!!!

Ocean Reef Condo in PCB

Condo was great and as described. Balcony rocked and facilities were nice (pool, hot tub, etc)! FYI PCB can be a bit crazy with super congested traffic. Our only complaint was the elevators at Ocean Reef (only reason we didn’t give 5 stars). One of the elevators was broken all week (not sure why they didn’t get it fixed ASAP). One of the remaining two elevators was off and on. The elevators were super slow and usually packed…we had to wait 5-10 min a couple times. It wasn’t a deal breaker but definitely effected our overall experience.

Wonderful

Everything was wonderful. From the beginning of the lease until our check out. We just had a very annoying incident as soon as we arrived there was a car parked in our parking space, but the problem was quickly resolved by the staff working in the building. What aliases were always very attentive.

Book this condo!!

This condo was more than we could have hoped for! We frequent PCB, but this was our first time at this rental. We will definitely be back! Within 30 minutes of arriving, my husband said he will absolutely book here again. The condo was clean and welcoming. It was decorated beautifully! Upon arriving, we realized that the guest bedroom ceiling fan wasn't working and the TV remote was missing batteries. I called the management company directly and the young man who answered was so nice and professional. We had someone at the condo to address the issues within 5 minutes! He had batteries for the remote, but couldn't get the fan to work. (Not a big deal for us, just wanted them to be aware.) However, someone was out the next day to to REPLACE the ceiling fan! Excellent service!! The condo has an assigned parking spot close to the elevators, very convenient! Walking distance from a number of shops and putt putt! Thank you for providing a true vacation experience
