  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The only problem was the floors were not clean and I think your over charged on the cleaning fee because I was the one doing all the cleaning all the cleaning people do is come in at the end of your stay and wash sheets and towels and to the washer is to small

Great location

This villa was a great location on resort. We were there for dance competition and venue was a short walk. It was so convenient to park right outside villa. I was disappointed that the second bedroom only had one bed, not two that was in the property description.

Fall break 2023

The place was very clean and a short little walk across the bridge to the beach. The pools were so fun for the kids. The only complaint i have was that a couple of the guards at the gate were rude. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Convenient & pleasant

The location was convenient to convention center for our event. We had to purchase a hairdryer due to the one on the room was faulty and smelled electrical when in use. We called about problems with both toilets and hairdryer and no one called or came by to resolve issues. Otherwise, we had a great trip and would stay there again.
