Edgewater Tower 3 209 includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, and accommodations for four guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV with private access to the full bath. The full bath is also accessed from the hall and houses a combination tub/shower. You will find it easy to unpack into your home away from home.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a meal or packing up your cooler for a day at the beach! Dine in - you'll find seating at both the table and bar counter. Great property and location. Beach access and close to local amenities. Plan to bring your own everything from soap to shampoo. We were unprepared and had to make a store visit to pick up basics that we assume would be included in the rental.

The condo was nice and clean, has a great beach view, however there wasn’t any cabinet space to put groceries. Really needs a keurig coffee maker. The shower curtain rod kept falling down. Overall we had a great stay.

Sunshine & Relaxation

Overall a nice place to stay. Not crowded as most spring breaks were over. Location was great on the 2nd floor, close to elevator and easy to take the stairs. Beautiful view from the balcony. Tower III heated pool very nice, wish the big lagoon pool was heated too. Publix and restaurants nearby. Southern Vacation Rentals great communication. Just a couple negatives- the mattress is horrible, need to be replaced and as stated prior new pans. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and usually they leave better "start-up" necessities (dish soap, soap, trash bags etc.). and beach chairs, toys etc. maybe left from previous renters-store in the closet.

Simplicity and Perfect

Located only steps away from the elevator, easy to get to. Overlooking the beautiful white sands and emerald green wayers of the gulf. Cooking breakfast each morning with this view brought calm to my stay!

A few issues came up during our stay. No internet access was a big disappointment. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Tried contacting host without any response. Otherwise, condo was small but well furnished and the location and view were great.

We always love our stay at Edgewater

We had a great time on our short vacation to Panama City Beach. We love staying at Edgewater’s Resort. The room was clean and the condo was exactly like it was in the photos.
