An amazing room with a perfect view of the lagoon pool and the ocean. Large condo with plenty of room for a family. Everything was clean and the location was near the elevator so easily accessible.

This was our second time staying in this same condo.

This is my family's 5th year at Edgewater, obviously we love it (mom, dad, 2 now young adult son's and their girlfriends a friend). The resort is absolutely amazing. All the amenities you could ever wish for, if you dont WANT to leave the resort, you don't have to. There is entertainment and a restaurant on-site. Groceries can be delivered here as well. This was our second time staying in this particular condo. We REALLY love this condo, as we've rented this PentHouse and one other in the past. The condo is very comfortable and slept 7 adults comfortably with room to spare. The only reason for a 4 star (overall) is that the kitchen is not well stocked for a family that loves to cook on vacation. My family stays for a week and we usually go to a nice dinner twice. Other than that, we love to cook. I will say, the condo has all the basics. But could DEFINITELY use a lot more supplies/bakeware/etc. We were there over the 4th of July week and had a huge celebration planned with friends also staying there. Menus planned out, etc. There wasn't even a single baking dish. There were pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils.... but no baking dishes, no serving/mixing bowls at all. We had to mix our scrambled eggs for breakfast in a drinking pitcher and buy our own bakeware for our 4th of July festivities. The biggest downfall with this is that we had the same complaints the last time we stayed and were told it'd be fixed. If you don't care about cooking, you are golden!!!

Great Property at a Great Location!

The condo was huge, with more than enough room for a decent size family or group. The view is spectacular and the rooftop terrace is super cool and unique. The property owner was seamless in advance and there was no need to contact him before or during the stay. There’s plenty of parking and security access was easy.

Great and we loved it!

We absolutely loved this place! It was very very spacious and the beds were super super comfortable! We had ages from 4 year old- 90 years old and it was a perfect condo for any age! We love the windows looking out to the pool & the roof top was amazing !! We can’t wait to book again and we will be back!

Beautiful View's

Nice condo , minor flaws, such as broken tile by couch, paint bubbling in master bathroom wall and not able to get internet up in loft area. We did contact management who was right on it . The provider was caĺled and troubleshooting was done with no change in service. The condo had everything needed, views were amazing. We had a great family vacation!!

Perfect beach condo

Our family had a great weekend in PCB. The condo was spacious a bonus loft with a roof top deck. The condo had amazing views and you can see all of the resort from the roof top. Clean, easy access, and great location. We would book this condo again!!

Great unit and location.

The unit was as described. Lots of room and everything in pretty good condition. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were fine and the condition had been redone nicely. The view is perfect and the huge 2nd floor balcony is something I have never seen. Great for entertaining and enjoying the sun. Had a couple small issue that were dealt with quickly and professionally even on a Saturday afternoon. The kitchen could use some additional mixing bowls, larger glasses, and a blender would be nice. Good coffee maker but was not working quite right. Big fridge with water and ice maker and convenient laundry room. I would stay here again and would recommend to others. A bit away from the traffic but close to everything. Wish the lagoon pool was heated but there are 10 other heated pools on the property. The tennis area was nice and would play golf next time. The beach and bar service were a bit lacking for the costs involved.

This is a great condo! Plenty of room, great view and the owner is fabulous to work with. Highly recommend. If you have teenagers.. it’s great to keep them upstairs in the loft area. Thanks for a great spring break!

Needs some TLC!

Nice property but could use a better company to clean. One of the bed sheets was covered with black lint. Thought at first it was bed bugs. Also had a few body hairs on the sheets on both beds. Lightbulb was out in one of the lamps in the master. Had to go buy one to replace. A washcloth in smaller bathroom was in cabinet for use and was filthy…looked like it was a cleaning rag but was added to be used with other towels. Sheetrock was peeling in the master bath and the toilet rocks. The online pictures were deceiving. 😌
