Perfect rental in PCB.

Perfect location, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. I highly recommend this unit for a stay in Panama City Beach. Kevin provided prompt and helpful answers to all of my inquires. This will be my first choice for future stays in the area.

Perfect stay!

Great communication with owner! Perfect for a me, my husband, our teen and a friend. Clean, with a beautiful view. 1st floor so we used the stairs to get to and from the beach access. Close (walkable) to many shops and food places. Would recommend 100% and will be booking again!

Had a great stay

Had a great time! Super view, super clean, close and easy access to beach and pool, parking just behind condo so it was really convenient! Bed and pull out sofa bed were both very comfortable! Loved everything about it and cant wait to come again!

Amazing Stay!

This condo was by far, the cleanest and well kept unit I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hosts did an amazing job of decorating and maintaining the unit. There were small touches that made the unit feel like a home away from home. The beach and pier views were spectacular as well. Communication from the hosts was fantastic. A detailed email with keypad info, parking and other necessary details was sent before my arrival and there was an excellent sheet on using the Roku!!! I hope I get the opportunity to stay in this condo again.

Small condo

Owner is very attentive and is especially helpful, and the condo is convenient since it is on first floor. Our weather was fabulous, but there was an issue with the gates leading to the beach-codes did not work for several days and the internet was down for a few days as well. Otherwise, a condo in Leeward is a good choice.

Our new go to for PCB!

Loved the property! The condo was so clean and updated. The tile shower was so nice! It's on the 1st floor so it was very easy to get to the beach. I also enjoyed how easy it was to get in contact with Kevin. He answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. So far the best experience I've had booking with vrbo. We will definitely be back!

Love this condo!

Condo was super clean. AC works GREAT. Best mattress we have ever slept on in any rental. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Great decor. Plenty of towels. Every detail of this condo has been well thought out. You can really feel the love that has gone into this condo. The location in Edgewater Resort is perfect, very quiet and peaceful. Will be booking this condo every trip to PCB from now on. Owner was great to work with.

More than expected!

This was not one of those places that disappoints once you get there! The location is amazing. It’s a minute walk to the beach. Many store, restaurant, and entertainment options just minutes away. Beautiful beach view from the balcony. The condo was very neat and clean. There’s even a closet with beach essentials available for borrowing. The communication process was excellent. We definitely feel like we have finally found our regular spot! It’s been a pleasure, Kevin. P.S. Gypsea Crepes is a must try! Just under ten minutes of a drive away. -Alla

Cozy Condo

The location of this unit is just steps from the parking lot, pool, and beach but still has impressive first floor views. It is beautifully yet comfortably decorated and furnished with special features like bedside tables with charging stations and sea-themed knobs on closet and cabinet doors. Kitchen and baths appear to have been remodeled recently and condo was extremely clean. Includes lots of extras like jigsaw puzzles for a rainy day and supplies for the beach. Owner was also great to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful condo!

Condo was clean, had everything we needed & this was our first time at edgewater & we loved it. The owner is wonderful & will answer any questions you have. We have been coming to Panama beach for over 17yrs & have always rented from the same lady but when she sold her 1 bedroom condos we thought we woukd never find another owner like her but kevin is wonderful. We will continue to rent his condo at Edgewater for as many years as we can.
