You won't ever want to leave this fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 7th floor condo that sleeps 12, with a huge wrap-around balcony! The gulf-facing master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. You'll find one full and one queen bed and a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom, plus a full bath! The third bedroom has two full beds and a flat-screen TV, and a full bath. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf greet you in the living room. The living room has a full pop out out sleeper sofa and and a large flat screen TV. You'll find a separate dining room that overlooks the Lagoon pool with seating for 6 at the table, and 4 at the bar. The dining area also has seating in front of the window overlooking the Lagoon style pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Watch the sun set into the Gulf from the wrap-around private balcony. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and Free WiFi. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. One of the best things about this space is the huge wraparound balcony and the incredible sunset views. Age requirement is 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This place is gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. I think i enjoyed sitting at the window looking at the beach more than anything. Rooms were very spacious. Loved having a kitchen with all cookware on vacation. King bed is insanely comfortable. The pools are very nice. Heated pools were perfect. Direct access to beach is a breeze. The only thing that can be improved on is the floors. My children walking barefeet in the condo had black feet. I understand its the beach and sand will be everywhere but not to the point of black feet. I wouldnt let that stop me from staying here again. The is my best experience at the beach on vacations and im originally from PC beach.

Thanksgiving week vacay!!

The property was great! The view of the beach was amazing and the wraparound balcony gave you a view of the city as well. We really wished the tower 1 pool was heated because it was the best pool out of them all. Overall, it was a great week and we would definitely rent again!!

Perfect family getaway

We enjoyed a week here. The beach was quiet and the condo was beautiful just as the photos show. The host promptly answered any questions and dealt with very minor issues very quickly!! Would 100% bring my family back here again!!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Very spacious and loved the wrap-around balcony. The outside pool area was really pretty to look down on and the ocean in the background was stunning. It was just what we needed for a relaxing get away!

The condo is exactly as seen in the photos. It was a very pleasant stay, but the bed sheets were not clean. Everything else was very good and Farah was the person I communicated with. She was very nice. Thank you.

Perfect views of ocean/beach!!

Loved the wrap around balcony & floor to ceiling windows. Perfect view of the ocean/beach. Condo fit our large group very well! I have high expectations for cleanliness & I felt comfortable staying there; as expected, there was normal wear & tear in certain spots. There was an issue with one of the shower heads, but maintenance came & repaired it within three hours of contacting the host. We only had two reservations about the vacation as a whole; the balcony railing gaps & contact with the host. First, the banister/railing gaps were a little bigger than we felt comfortable with, so no child(ren) could go out on the balcony without an adult. Second, I felt I was inconveniencing the host when texting questions about the property. Instead of providing an answer with further details, I was simply referred back to the “arrival instructions” email. There was more information about the property that could have been shared by the host, but I felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. On the second to last day of our trip, we found an app dedicated to the Edgewater property that would have been convenient to use had we been told upon arrival.

Cleaning was very poorly done.

Towels were wet in the laudry and another of towels were in the dryer. Trash bags were not in the trash. Hair in the shower and floor. Sand was everywherer. I was disappointed for the money they ask you dont get the comfort that needs to be given. They have so many expectations but when i walked in they have towels the laundry. I will definitely not book this place again.

Great unit and location. Check in easy with Emerald Coast Vacations and Farrah was quick with any questions or concerns(only concern was missing cushion off porch chair which had obviously blown off with windy weather). Would definitely stay here again.
