This is beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom golf villa with pond and golf view in Edgewater beach resort and golf villa. This resort has everything like 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, different resturants, convenient store with ice cream and coffee shop, free tram with in the resort, gym (saprate charges), golf course ( separate charges), pizza resturant, beach access, weekend pool party in other side of resort. But where the villa is located it is very quiet perfect place for families.
Each guest must register at the Edgewaterregistration.com 48 hours before check in.
Registration fees are separate than reservation price.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great property. Big enough for a family. There are several pools on sight with one in front of condo. You are able to use your parking pass to park at the towers with easy access to beach. Condo was clean and stocked with all essential needs. I would definitely stay again.

Condo was beautiful only need is maybe a softer matress pad. Also need sheets for pull out mattress in couch and extra trash bags and toilet paper other than that it was amazing the edgewater club was amazing to we throughly enjoyed our vacation

Edgewater has excellent amenities, and this villa provided what we needed during our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of five. Our host was good at communicating and responding to any inquiries. The unit was clean upon arrival, though it could benefit from some deep cleaning and a few small updates, such as new pillows and shower curtains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Great Location!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible, with resort amenities that exceeded our expectations. The heated pools were perfect for relaxing, and the proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Overall, it was the ideal getaway with everything we needed right at our fingertips!

Great Vacation

The place was not bad. It does need some updates. The host was great and I really appreciated their help. There were some things like no batteries in the remotes, a flickering light, and a sink repair and they took care of it right away. The resort and beach are beautiful. Plenty of pools and places to eat. Great place to stay.

Overall good

Overall, we had a good experience here. The property looks like it does in the pictures it is towards the back of the facility. It was fairly clean. I would suggest to change the shower curtains. It’s easy to get a hold of the manager if you have any questions she was helpful.

My experience

The process of listing this property was super simple and easy but it wasn’t cleaned well. The mattress was stained, the shower curtains had mold on them, stove top was dirty, balcony had so much dirt we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy a cup of coffee, we found used clothes that was left behind by previous renters, and the bedrooms also weren’t cleaned properly.

Convenient and priced appropriately

Location was convenient to activities in PCB. Plenty of space for the family. The unit could use a deep cleaning and some basic maintenance. The price was right for the accommodations. I would stay there again.

Great stay at Edgewater Resort

We were in PCB for the Half Ironman event, held at Edgewater Resort. The villa on the golf course was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space, clean and the host was very responsive when we needed to contact her about something minor. We enjoyed the pools in the resort and the easy access to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend

Villa needs cleaned and updated

Edgewater Resort was a lovely area, and the property owner was responsive, but the villa needs updating and a deep cleaning. One evening of walking on the floors, socks and feet were black. Trash and cereal were on the floor, giving the appearance the floors had yet to be swept or cleaned. The bathroom off the front bedroom had mold on the fixture and was dirty. All the cookware in the villa desperately needs to be replaced, and there are minimal dishes and utensils. The dishwasher and washing machine both had a musty, moldy smell to them and appeared to need a thorough cleaning. Pillows throughout the unit are flat and need to be replaced, making sleeping uncomfortable. Living room furniture was worn and dirty, uncomfortable to sit in. Unable to use the outdoor deck area because of the mold covering it and the grease smell; perhaps a grill there at one time. The resort does offer a variety of outdoor recreation spaces. Still, access is limited depending on which area you are staying in, and if it is off-season or cool weather, only certain pools are heated. Two hot tubs are located in the central lagoon area, but one is operable; the other is low water and extremely hot. Pools and hot tubs don't appear to receive daily cleaning or maintenance, as many things were floating in the water. Sitting around the lagoon pool is limited unless you want to spend an additional $60.00 per day for two chairs, yet they took away several of the noncharge chairs for a private function. In

The condo was more than adequate and met all of our needs. I wish the owner would have let us know the phone number for the tram and the code for beach access. Other than that, everything was great.
