E606 "Playa Paradise" - Amazing Views, 3 Pools

E606 is an end/corner unit three-bedroom EX floor plan, sleeping up to ten guests, 1975sq. feet fully furnished. This unit comes with a set of beach chairs (must present your rental information to the beach service).

The unit is painted throughout in cheerful beach colors. The living room and dining room have wall to wall windows overlooking the water with sliding glass doors that lead to the large wrap-around balcony. The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, recliner, & sofa has a Queen-size pull-out sleeper.

The dining area has a table that seats five and a bar that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated with newer cabinets, granite counter tops, and nice stainless-steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, tile flooring, drapes, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, a walk-in shower. 1st guest bedroom has two queen size beds, tile flooring, drapes, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. 2nd guest bedroom has one King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, tile flooring, drapes and sliding glass doors that lead to its own small balcony. There is another full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo.

There is tile flooring throughout the condo and has a full-size washer/dryer. The balcony has large table, plus cocktail table at least 8 chairs and two lounge chairs. View-Overlooks the water, can see the "E" pool, and the sunsets.
