This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Accommodations were very clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family. However, accommodations for up to 8 people should provide more washcloths, towels, toilet paper, etc. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely use you guys again.

The condo itself was just as it stated… I was very satisfied with it. I’d say the only CON with the property is the “Paul Bart Mall Cop” ‘s you have down around the pool area… we all had on swimsuits and trunks so everything else on us were pretty visible….yet we were made to show armbands more than once…. Can’t drink in the pool which is understandable but can’t sit with feet in pool with a drink periodtttt… kids can’t jump in pool … just a little much I thought after paying so much to be on “vacation”…. But it is what it is… have stayed at this property before but a lot has changed….

Fun at the beach

The condo was the perfect size for our family. It was very clean, which I appreciated. We definitely enjoyed it would consider returning. I will say that a 9am checkout time is a little unreasonable for a vacation stay, but other than that we were very pleased.

The stay and condo were amazing and exactly as discribed. The kitchen was equiped with everything you would have at home. The room has beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys which was a big plus! Perfect for my family vacation and would love to stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Our stay was comfortable and the condo was great for our family. We had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Loved the oversized balcony and the ease of getting to our room. Elevators were fast and always accessible. Pool area was wonderful. Tiki bar/restaurant was so convenient and made the trips to the pool so much more fun! Security was friendly. They are strict with the rules at the pool but I’m sure there are good reasons for them so no complaints from us. Only downfall with the condo and this was mentioned in another review is that the guest shower is hard to find a happy medium with the temperature. It is either chilly or too warm which makes it hard for kids to figure out so they needed assistance every time. Will be back for sure!

Enjoyed our stay and the unit was clean and as listed — the kitchen was not incredibly well stocked, but we could make do. The guest room shower was either cold or scalding. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Heads up for resort guests — the pool rules are very strict and comprehensive.

Had a great time

The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and the zero entry was great for our 2 toddlers with us. The beach was crowded and it was a little frustrating that people would place their chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs, but I guess no one owns the beach so what can you do. The on site restaurant had great food and drinks. Pool is monitored and there was some rules that were a little annoying but understandable. The guards were very nice about letting us know when we did something wrong. No sitting on the edge of the pool with a drink, no throwing balls in the pool, and kids had to get out for 10 minutes every hour for a break. Overall we loved our stay and had a great time. Check in was easy. Employees on property were nice and we didn’t have any issues with the condo itself. Only thing I was worried about is the front door doesn’t have a child safety lock like many hotels/condos have and I have a toddler that likes to escape. With the bunk room right next to the door I just had him sleep with me instead so I didn’t have to worry about him running out at night.

Quick girls getaway

I along with my daughter, one of her best friends, and my best friend came here for a weekend get away before my daughter gets married next month. We had a fabulous time and the condo was so nice. We were a little hesitant about coming due to the pandemic but the entire property was so clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Great Property

Property was very nice and and clean. Direct oceanfront, unobstructed view. HUGE balcony with access from both living room and master bedroom. We were surprised to find a bonus room with two bunk beds (although we didn't need them). Very large and spacious unit. Pool and beach access were also very nice. Property manager is very organized and check-in was a breeze.
