Deluxe 2nd Floor Gulf View Unit, With Floor to Ceiling Windows in Every Room

Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in this spacious 1400 sq. ft. condo on the 2nd floor! This lovely Seachase condominium has 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit with its own bathrooms and walk-in closets. Each bathroom in this unit has been FULLY RENOVATED and boasts walk-in showers. The living room features a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The generous-sized, gulf-front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit with beautiful views of the Gulf. All units have fully equipped kitchens with an oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. With this beautiful beachfront unit watch the amazing sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

By renting this unit, you are given full access to the SANDPIPER BEACON BEACH RESORT located directly next door. This access includes indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, waterslides, a lazy river, mini golf, beachside playgrounds, and more!!!!

Seachase Condominiums are located on the west end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Included with this unit are 2 parking passes for parking across the street at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort. Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.

Views for miles of The Gulf of America

Property is well decorated, plenty of not only bath towels but many beach towels as well. The second floor height is the idea hileight to not only view eye level of waves gitting tge beach, but to enjoy the people having fun as well.My only complaint is the booking process. It was my impression i paid 100% up front. Was not giving a receipt showinging a balance at checking. It took by surprise to pay different vendors for the same location. That was a stresser. Neither rep for VROB nor On Site Agent knew what each hand done what for who. The amounts stated as expected just how the pricess works is confusing. My family has used VROB for many years and always had paid 100% to and through VROB. Other than that it is a great place for the beautiful white beach in our counrty.

Ocean front with a view; stop

Yes this is an ocean front property with beach access. But, when I think VRBO or their competitor websites, I am thinking it is a home being rented out. This was basically a hotel with a kitchen. This particular condo was relative run down and in need of some upgrades or repairs. The elevator was broken, I received a call on our second day at the rental to inform us it was broken. If something like an elevator is expected but broken, I would think that some additional offer would be made. Anyway, if we had gone during the peak season, I am sure this would be the place to be. We likely will not be back to PCB, so there’s that.

Great vacation

We’ve stayed in Panama City Beach multiple times and this is definitely our favorite spot so far. Views were amazing and the beaches were never overly crowded. The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our family.

Great Vacay

Great location. The most perfect weather and water you could dream of. The condo was on the 2 nd floor and the layout was perfect for our family. The bedding and towels were CLEAN !!! The only thing I was disappointed about was how much we paid. After talking to some other people staying there, looks like we paid a few thousand dollars more than they did. The management company fees are not a reasonable price in my opinion. However we did get what we wanted and it was expensive. A condo owner told us that the size of all units are the same. Other than that it was by far one of our best vacations ever!!

Fabulous Views

The condo was very nice. I would suggest putting a Keurig in the kitchen. Also, some more dishes and coffee mugs. The decor in the condo was very nice. Bathroom renovations were very nice. You can’t beat the views of the ocean in this condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy to relax-

This condo made it so easy to relax and enjoy. There is a beautiful view from every room and a nice, large balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable and the location near Coconuts was great! We are there several times.

Very clean and enjoyed the stay

The place was very clean. Because it was newly renovated there were a couple issues getting dishwasher hooked up and TV working but they were immediately addressed. We left a wine opener for the next guest. Maybe add a baking sheet?
