There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location in a quiet area and convenient to grocery shopping and eating. Be prepared for lots of stairs (31) steps and no elevator. Beds definitely need new mattresses. The floors had only been swept and didn’t look like they have been mopped in a while. Patio furniture needs to be replaced in the master bedroom. Be prepared to pay for parking also that wasn’t in the description when I booked it, but I think they may have changed it now. Parking was 35.00 per car with a MAX of 2 cars. This is the first place I have ever stayed where parking wasn’t included in the stay. So just a little change would make it a great place to stay.

Great location and property

Everything was great! Clean, right on the beach, great location. Only complaint was that the listing said beach chair service was provided for our stay. I even double checked with Vacasa the week before and was told two chairs were available to us, so we didn’t pack them. When we got there, we found out the owner had not paid for the service, so we were stuck without enough chairs. Vacasa verified that the service was not paid for by the owners and that the listing was wrong. Nothing was done to rectify the situation for us.

Nice beach view

We enjoyed our beach week and loved the view from the condo. The condo was clean. The beds were not comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies but wish there would have been comfortable chairs to sit in. On the downstairs balcony, there was only the table to sit at...no chairs to lounge in. On the upstairs balcony, there was only a lounger that seemed quite old. Loved that the unit was on the beach.

Beach Front Condo

This property is just as stated in the listing. Beautiful updated condo overlooking Panama City Beach. Interior was clean and had comfortable updated beach decor. We had a bit of a problem trying to figure out the TV but the VACASA Rep was able to help. Plenty of nice linens and towels. Many pots, pans and serving dishes. Some small issues you might want to be aware of: I would suggest updating your flat ware and dishes. Usable but missmatched and some missing like no teaspoons. Not many forks either. No hair dryer...had to buy one. Next time I will read the description a little closer.A beach gate code was not provided but we asked a neighbor for help.I was surprised to be charged for parking , thought that would be included for the price you pay and with all the fees.Overall a great stay and beautiful condo with a wonderful location.Upnice beach decor.andecorated

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had originally booked a stay in St Petersburg for the same week, but Hurricane Milton forced us to adjust at the last minute, which is where this story begins. Thankfully, we found this lovely 2 BR condo with direct access to a quiet stretch of beach. The condo is updated nicely and had ample room for three of us. The main bedroom has a private bath and balcony that overlooks the ocean - perfect for morning coffee! The kitchen had just about everything we needed, but was lacking in cleaning supplies and common items like salt and pepper, but a quick trip to the grocery across the street rectified those needs. The only negative for me was the property management company. They weren't as communicative as others that I've dealt with, and were very slow to respond to questions. I got answers to questions the following day, from what appears to be an automated system that apologized for the delayed responses. The single time that I actually called for assistance, the rep didn't seem like she knew enough about the rental and actually gave incorrect information regarding parking. Property management aside, the condo itself is wonderful and I'll definitely stay again in the future.
