This freshly remodeled 6th floor unit located at Commodore offers sprawling spaces for the family to make the most of the perfect Panama City Beaches. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, and access to the beachfront balcony. While the second bedroom features two queen beds, private access to the unit's second bathroom and direct access to the beachfront balcony. The third bedroom features two twin over full bunk beds and with access to the unit's third bathroom. Condo includes free cabana beach chair for guest use (Mid March-Late October only). All new Plywood Patio furniture!

The Commodore is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 2 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 4 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
