Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
Disappointing
Pros:
-Home was VERY clean, loved the towel art, nice toiletries, soothing color scheme, comfy linens and well stocked kitchen including an ice cream maker with recipes!
Cons:
-Pre-existing plumbing leak resulted in inability to fully use the 1 bathtub in home for the entirety of stay, Although owner responded quickly, no credit was given for our stress and trouble.
-Bedroom door malfunctioned and locked from the inside, but no keys or tools provided in home to remedy.
-Golf cart did not have cover and it rained a lot during our stay, so cart was often wet.
-Exterior light onto driveway wasn't working- this made parking golf cart difficult at night as it must be charged very close to home (charging cord is short).
-Showerheads have minimal water pressure & primary shower is very small.
-Primary bed mattress not comfortable and nightstands too high for low bed.
-Living room furniture not very comfortable.
-TVs are voice activated & not very user friendly.
-Note: there is road noise throughout neighborhood from major highway close by (didn't notice inside home, but made porches unpleasant) and it can be hard to get a left turn out of the neighborhood if going back to 30A.
These issues and lack of customer service when several issues arose were not in line with homes we have stayed at in the area and for this price point.
