Great short stay with a great view

Place was just as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen items provided so we were able to make breakfast without having to bring or purchase pots/pans/plates/cups/utensils. Beautiful view. Pool area was clean and not overcrowded. Beach, restaurants, and stores in walking distance. Highly recommend and would live to stay again soon.

What a beautiful condo! The best of both worlds with the view! Plenty of room for us and our 5 kids. Amazing location and had everything we needed! Would come back 100%!

The Calypso is one of our favs at PCB and 1212 did not disappoint! Perfect location to ALL the things and amazing sunset views! Some of the best I've seen. If you have teens/tweens, there is no better spot! The condo is clean, lots of space and very updated amenities. Thanks for hosting us!

Best condo!!

The whole experience was fabulous!! Easy to book, great and fast communication, easy check-in/check-out and amazing condo. It is well equipped with everything you need. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The views are AMAZING!!! This is a great condo for two families because it has two king beds and then 4 twin beds (2 bunks). The furniture is very comfortable and plenty of room. We were at the beach with other families and they were all jealous of our unit because it was so much better than theirs!! Would highly recommend and will definitely rent this unit again if in the area!

Beautiful condo and convenient to pier park and beaches.

Had trouble getting in the condo. The door code did not work. After a couple of phone calls, they were able to get us the correct code. After getting in, the unit was nice and clean. The views were amazing! You can see the sunrise on one side and the condo and the sunset on the other. Loved the convenience to Pier Park, restaurants and the beach. Only downside was the construction next door was noisy on the balcony. Great unit though! Beautifully decorated as well. Hope we can return again soon!
