  • About this space
    Relax with the family at this newly renovated place in the quiet and peaceful east end of the lower grand lagoon only minutes from Attractions, Restaurants and Pier park. Rick Seltzer Park is just a block away across the street, you will enjoy miles of beautiful white sand and the emerald coast.
    The space
    Featuring 3 spacious rooms. Master bedroom comes brand new king bed and private balcony, personal office space with work desk and pullout sofa chair. Queen room comes with queen bed and twin trundle, a private balcony you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the outdoor furniture set overlooking a peak of the coast. Bunk room got 3 twin beds and a play area for kids.
    Guest access
    Full access to home via electronic keypad. We also provide beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and beach toys

Overall, just an OK experience. The cleanliness of the entire place was lacking. Needs a lot of touch ups and deep cleaning. Location was great.

Host was amazing and responsive. There were a few things missing for our stay, but it was promptly sorted out. Place was very spacious for our party of 7 adults (every person had their own bed and wasn’t cramped) and was just across the street from the beach. There weren’t really instructions for check in and check out, but really didn’t need any. The place was acceptably clean with normal wear in high traffic areas. Overall, great stay in an amazing location with tons of space and a responsive and thoughtful host. A ton of value for the price!

Loved it here

I was happy with the beach vibe of this home and the location. The beach is 5 minute walk from the house if even. The owner is the sweetest and has very good communication! Book this if you want to have fun with friends and family with easy access the the beach.

The location is the best part for sure. Within a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The price is very reasonable.We really enjoyed the stay and location. It wasn’t a perfect stay but close.The issues we had, and nothing major or even anything that would deter us from ever staying at this location ever again: 1) the tread (stepping plates) on the steps to the upstairs rooms seem a bit shallow. Seemed like your foot was too big no matter who was walking on them.2) The Charcoal grill in the backyard was small and very very unstable like it was ready to fall apart. 3) Use caution while walking barefoot in the yard. There are stickers (sand burrs) in the backyard and the side yard (anywhere) there is actual ground not covered in decking or concrete.

Great family trip

Hostess was excellent, property was as described, amazing. You can sit on the back porch and look at the beach entrance! Everything is minutes away and the beach was great. St. Andrew's is a must!!! The beach is immaculate! Nothing like the other PCB beaches. Thanks to Mrs. Kara for opening her home to our family for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I would not stay at this property again.From the moment we arrived, the home was not properly cleaned. During our stay, we dealt with a leaking roof for two days, a refrigerator that leaked water and a freezer that didn’t work for four days, and had to coordinate the delivery of new appliance as well let the roofer in to fix the leak. There is mold in one of the bedrooms according to the roofer due to not enough ventilation. The front door had ongoing problems and could only lock with the app. These were not minor inconveniences—they had a significant impact on our family’s vacation.The host was responsive and acknowledged the issues. We spent a large portion of our trip dealing with maintenance problems instead of enjoying our vacation.To the host’s credit, they ultimately issued a 75% refund, which I appreciate and believe was the right thing to do given the condition of the property and the number of unresolved issues. However, a refund does not make up for the stress, inconvenience, and lost vacation time.I hope the property is thoroughly cleaned and all maintenance issues—including the roof, appliances, mold, and door—are fully addressed before future guests arrive. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here until those problems are fixed.
