  • When the sun and saltwater are calling your name, Bucky's Beach 2 bedroom/3 full bathroom spacious villa is the place to come and enjoy.

    One of the largest villas at the amazing Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, the Bucky's Beach villa features two levels and comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests. Downstairs is our living room with comfy seating, Smart TV, balcony access, sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchen. Plus a full bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms-The Primary with a king bed + full-over-full bunkbed. The Primary has a walk-in closet and a deep Jacuzzi tub/shower. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed and walk-in closet. Also has a full bath with Tub/shower, a Smart TV, and clothing storage. The primary also has its own balcony overlooking the iconic 8th island green on Edgewater's golf course. We are new owners and are delighted to make your stay the best experience ever!

    A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. Just a 5 minute walk over the Resort pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, Oceans restaurant, Edgie's Market, and more. There is also a free resort tram you can hop on to carry you there.

    Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

    The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts. Note that these Club amenities have a guest fee.

    Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Great stay!!!

The stay was great and my family truly love the resort and would do it again. The host was very friendly and was very attentive if we needed anything. The condo was perfect no flaws at all. Very quiet. There was tons of things for me and my family to do which we tried to take advantage of everything in the area. Overall very nice time.

This property was in a great location. Within walking distance to everything. Very beautiful home and well equipped with your everyday needs. The owners were amazing and very helpful to any questions or concerns that we had. We had 9 people included in our stay and everyone slept spacious and comfortably. The beds were super soft. And the 3 full bathrooms was a bonus. We will definitely be booking this property again for our next PCB vacation!

Terrible communication & lack of necessities

Terrible. I literally travel every 7 weeks and never had a bad experience in my last 5 years until this visit. For a family of 6 adults, there were no shampoo, body soaps, condiments to cook, no beach towels, the room I slept in had a non-working fan so I didn’t sleep well during my 4 stays, but that’s besides the point. I stayed quiet until the host got rude after our departure. During our stay, we accessed an unlocked closet that did not have any signage or labels indicting it was restricted or off limits. We used the closet accordingly to retrieve additional towels as we were not provided any laundry soap and the host decides to charge me an additional cleaning fee for the “additional towels.” I explained to her that this fee is not fair as we had no idea this closest was off limits and UNLOCKED and opened. She ignored my emails and explanations. Be prepared to buy everything, she claims she will start you with a starter kit, but that literally means 2 dishwashing pods. Nothing else, very disappointed. Poor hosting.
