Located in the heart of Panama City Beach. This updated condo is on the 18th floor with stunning views of the beach and ocean. 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool with spa, work out facility, 2 beach chairs and umbrella included March thru September. Close to shopping and several restaurants.

The condo is excellent!!! Good walking distance to pier park and restaurants. The best washer and dryer of any condo we’ve ever stayed in. There were 9 of us and we never ran out of hot water. Highly recommend this condo.

This place was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! The owner was always so quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Great location! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Spring Break

We had an excellent stay! The condo was ready for us just before 4pm on check in day. It was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed while we were in. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. a few beach chairs and beach toys in the closet. The only thing I wish was different is that we could have gotten 3 parking passes instead of just 2 seeing as how there was plenty of open spaces in the garage, but that’s an aqua policy not the owners.

Great visit to Panama City Beach

We had a terrific time in the condo! It had a well-stocked kitchen with room for groceries. The beds were comfortable and linens on the beds were crisp and clean! We had an issue in the master bath garden tub when the faucet wouldn’t shut off and we were afraid it was gonna flood the bathroom but we finally got it off. I notified the landlord to report it but it never got fixed while we were there. Also there were not enough towels and washcloths for 8 grown adults. 2 towels in each bathroom(6 towels total) 2 washcloths per bathroom (6 washcloths) and no hand towels at all. We went out and bought a few extra (inexpensive)towels so we could all take showers.

Fantastic staycation!!! Bringing our dog was a bonus!

We are local to Panama City and wanted to do a staycation and enjoy the air show that was put on this weekend! We had expected to sit on the beach to watch it but quickly realized that the views from the condo balcony would far exceed any vantage point on the beach or the water! It was an awe inspiring event. Condo was perfect for our family and friends to be there with us. This was our first time renting a pet friendly condo as well.

Loved our stay

Love the property is walking distance to Pier Park so we parked our car and didn’t get back in it till we left. Property amenities are also really nice. The condo is comfortable and felt like home away from home.

Great unit!

The unit was great. We had enough space for everyone, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. We actually felt like we got to relax this year. Communication with the property manager was awesome, and she quickly fixed whatever we needed. I do recommend more wash cloths and kitchen towels for the next guests. I didn’t reach out about those because I always bring extra towels with me. I know if I had said something, she would have taken care of it. We had a great stay!!

Spacious condo, beautifully decorated. Looks as it is pictured. very nice to have extra sleeping space by kitchen. Some disappointment that there was not a broom anywhere in condo. Felt like from check in to check out I had sand on the bottoms of my feet that inevitably gets tracked into bed which I did not like. The ice maker dispenser did not work. Access to local channels on bedroom TV's was a hassle. Lastly, NO furniture/ dressers in the 2 spare rooms, That would be GREATLY appreciated. No where to place your things and closets are a DISASTER. Kitchen pots and pans disorganized, well used.

Family Trip

We all had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice and all we expected. The pools were nice and the beach/ocean was terrific. The complimentary beach chairs were terrific as well. The condo was close to Pier Park, Walmart and the Shuckums across the street was a fun place. We had a great time and would recommend.

Beautiful Condo

Loved this condo. Lots of windows, really big balcony, nice and open, great views. Beds were really comfortable. The place is decorated nicely and well maintained. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. Half the elevators are out of service and have been an ongoing problem for weeks. Be prepared to wait during busy hours. Close enough to walk to Pier Park with lots to do. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice and had everything needed. The owner did not communicate much at all. Had some questions that were never responded to but checking in and out was easy. Aqua is a nice resort. Our family had a great vacation.
