ABOUT THE HOME: This lovely beach front condo is conveniently located in the beaches "Best Kept Secret", Ramsgate Harbour which sits next to Carillon Beach. This unit provides you with the most amazing views from the private balcony. It's perfect for entertaining and enjoying the sunset. The living room includes a large flat screen TV for the games or an evening movie, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sleeper sofa or 2 sitting chairs. Also in this unit is a king size bed in the master bedroom with more views of the gulf and access to the private balcony and two twin in the guest bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has stools for the overflow of family.

ABOUT THE AREA: This beautifully updated gulf-front property is located only 6 minutes from Rosemary Beach offering PANORAMIC GULF VIEWS along two if its gulf-front balconies. Ramsgate Harbour has incredible amenities such as its 550 ft PRIVATE BEACH, community pool & covered parking. One Pool that is heated during the cooler months The property also features a clubhouse guests can reserve through the onsite Office. You can also find BBQ grills. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- This unit comes with 2 parking spots and guest must registered and pay the HOA directly for parking pass. $35 per pass. Upon booking, we'll send an email link to register and pay for parking pass.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Secluded and Relaxing

Comfortable place with easy access to the beach that wasn't crowded with reserved chairs. It's away from the crowds, but close to everything in 30A & PCB - even Destin. One of our top places we've stayed!

Best vacation spot

We have 5 members of our family and all of us agreed that this was hands down our favorite vacation! The location was perfect between shops, and restaurants and sandwiched between PCB and 30a gives alot of options. The porch is so spacious and open and getting two and from the beach was very easy. Check in and out were both easy and they answered any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks for the memories!
