  • This is an end unit located on 4th floor with 2br ,2bath,full kitchen with double sink, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a bar. The dinner table sits 6 with room for more. I have remolded the whole condo . This condo is laid out perfect and guests are amazed how big it is 1050 sq. You have a view of the gulf from living room along with a large balcony to relax and view the beaches. The front bed room is situated so it is away from the main flow inside the condo.The master bed room has its on private bathroom. The property pool is large with plenty of chairs to sunbath. With your on private entrance to the beach, you walk past the BBQ area and our sundeck to the gulf. There are 2 elevators so there is not much waiting time when you head back up to the room. Parking is next to the condo so there is very little walking back and forth to your car. Located on S Thomas Dr. it is prefect for golfing at Signal Hill and our famous water park Ship Wreck Island. There are many restaurants and amusement park with in walking distance, retail shops for the kids young and old. For you who like to fish drive 3 miles down towards N Thomas and you will find a fleet of boats that will take you charter fishing and build memories. St. Andrews State Park is about 3 mile straight away from the condo. There is no better location for your vacation. There is a tennis court with basketball ,shuffle board, bbq area with tables and deck. Your stay will build lasting memories. Make your vacation one to remember. We really enjoyed the condo! Great location, away from all of the craziness. Beds were comfortable and the co do had plenty of room for my daughters and I.

The host met us at the property and gave us all of the information that we would need for our stay. He even gave us restaurant recommendations. The condo was perfect and we had a great time. Would highly recommend this host.

Family Fun

This place was perfect for my family! There was plenty of room for all six of us. The location / view was nice for beach fun but it was also close to all sorts of activities and restaurants when we weren’t on the beach. Communication with the host was top notch. He even met us at the condo the day we checked in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Clean, cozy, and beachfront!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed. The elevators were quick but the stairs were so close that it was easy to come and go to the pool or beach, which are only steps away. There were many families staying at this property. Yes, it is next door to the old Club LaVela, but the club has been closed for years. Phil was so hospitable! We will definitely stay here again.

We go every year to visit our family in Panama City and really am impressed with the location, clean, on the beach and affordable. Phil is a great host who is very easy to get ahold of if you have any issues or questions. I will definitely be rebooking his condo! Denise

We came to PCB as a family of 6, there was plenty of room. The owner was awesome to work with, very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean. It is right next door to a night club that was shut down. That was a good thing for me and my family because it was less crowded at the beach. I really enjoyed my time here and I would stay here again.

We had a great stay in this condo! Phil was super nice and very quick to respond if we needed anything. Security on site is very good! They are always checking to make sure doors are closed all the way. Condo was clean, no odors. Highly recommend. The only thing I can say is on the bunk beds, the top bunk sits pretty low. If person stay on bottom bunk is claustrophobic, they will have issues. I recommend the bunks for younger kids.

Great condo and great beach view and great beach.

Phil had a really great condo for us to use and met our needs for our entire family. The only thing we had issue with is the club next door. Other than that the condo was in great condition, great size, and great views. Phil was great to deal with the association was as well. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend the condo to others.

Cute little place.

Great place right on the beach. Property overall could use some work but Phil’s condo is nice. Wish the whole place was more kid friendly but that’s my fault for not doing more research. Also don’t forget your armbands or parking pass. We had no issues with this but saw lots of others that did.

Awesome Beach Trip

First let’s say the host was great, met us on property to explain everything that we would need and even pointed us direction of some good places to eat, the location couldn’t be better close to everything one would need. The condo is well kept and fully stocked with everything a family would need for a trip to the beach. There is security at night which I found to be a pretty nice addition (especially being there on the July 4th holiday), and we’re diligent on checking for the wrist bands that are for the property guests (another plus) overall this was a great trip to the beach and we would definitely stay in this unit again. Don’t hesitate if it’s available and you're looking book it you won’t be disappointed.

You listed the condo with parking for 1 car paid.

Your info was incorrect. It was $30 per car per parking space. Owner confirmed your listing was old info. Phil was so terrific! He contacted me prior to trip, the day of arrival and was there to greet my family and I when we arrived. There were 6 of us and the teens enjoyed the pool and it was off elevator and on beach for them. The condo’s balcony was great!! We sat and watched the waves and felt the breeze! Loved it. Kitchen was roomy and pities on VRBO do not give it justice. Price was great and I have stayed in many beach areas but this was one of the best. Thanks Phil for all the hospitality! We will be back soon!

Okay

Property owner is very nice and has good communication, but property was not very clean or well maintained. There were cockroaches inside and out. Outlet in master bathroom does not work. Guest bathroom shower is the smallest I've ever seen. The lower bunk bed wasn't even usable due to minimal head clearance. The kitchen layout had it almost impossible to open the fridge and freezer door because it was so tight against the wall and rubbed. Outdoor patio area was dirty and the patio cusions were torn and stained. The living room ceiling had apparent water damage with parts hanging in the corner. The condo building elevators were sketchy. The beach was very nice and not busy. We've come to the area for years, but this is our first and last time at this unit.
