Beautiful Ocean & Lake Views. Directly across the street from the beach.

Ready to relax? Come and enjoy our beach house. This home sits on a Lake and is located directly across the street from the beach. You will have fantastic beach and ocean views, as well as lake views. Relax on any of the 3 outside porches and decks. You will be sitting on the beach in minutes since the beach is only steps from the home. Enjoy watching the wildlife on the lake, or fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are just a short drive away. (Pier Park is less than 4 miles from the house.)

Inside the home...
This immaculate home has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths, all of which are tastefully decorated. Master bedroom has a King size Bed with a view of the ocean, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a lake view, and the bunk room sleeps 4 in the oversize bunk beds. In addition we have a Air mattress available to set up in the living room. (If using the air mattress, you will need to bring bedding. Linens are provided for all other beds.) All bedrooms have flat screen Roku smart TV’s and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is very well equipped, and with an open floor plan, you can be a part of the conversation when you prepare meals.
The living room offers 2 full couches, a lounging chair, a flat screen Roku TV, and DVD player. To help you stay connected, high speed wifi is provided.
Step out onto the deck and enjoy a relaxing morning watching the ducks swim in the lake, or maybe even see some dolphin playing in the ocean.

Outside the home...
This home is located on a small lake and is directly across from the beach. You can relax on any of the 3 porches which have both ocean and lake views. Dine at the outdoor table, or swing in the hammock while you enjoy the ocean breeze. There is plenty of outside parking, (garage is used for owner storage)
When you are ready for a snack, Thomas Donut and snack shop is just a short walk or drive away ( only half a mile).

Location...
The home is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, but just a short drive to pier park and other shopping and entertainment. The Carousel Super Market is less than half a mile from the house. If you are flying in, the home is only 15 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches INTL Airport. Come and Enjoy!

Perfect location and well-stocked house

Our whole family loved this house for our vacation. You can’t beat the beach proximity or the spectacular sunrises over the pond and beautiful views of the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Check in and check out instructions were a breeze. We hope to stay here again!

Great quiet location.

Easy check in. Quiet neighborhood. Beaches not crowded. Outdoor space perfect. Needs a deep cleaning in all rooms. Our shower was not clean, sand was still on countertops in kitchen and all ceiling fans need to be cleaned.

Family Time at PCB!

Amazing Views!!

We enjoyed everything about the property. The location was perfectly outside the hustle of PCB but close enough if we want to travel in. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. The views from the porch decks can’t be beat. There was enough of space for all 10 of us. We would love to stay again.

Perfect location

House was perfect for my wife, kids and parents. The location was perfect, the beach is steps away and no crowds. Couldnt have asked for a better home for our trip. We stay for 6 nights and had no issues. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. We would love to come back!
