Beaifuutiful condo in great condition. Fantastic view from the 20th floor. Covered parking across the street with convenient walkway and prompt elevator made the trip from parking to condo painless. Check in was a piece of cake and good communication from host. Bed was very comfortable and slept great. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and roomy as advertised. We had a minor issue upon arrival …. Issue was handled quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Well done. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed all of February. We had beautiful balcony Gulf view. The weather was not as good as usual but the beach was great for walking and shell hunting. We loved that we had an indoor pool and hot tub for those chilly days! Close to Pier Park and walking distance to restraunts. Tidewater is definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderfully position on the beach. Close to pier park and alot of activities. The 3 fully baths for each sleeping area was great. The only things that where off with the stay was the pots and pans being extremely old and smelled at first. Which there is no soap or sponge to clean them with. And the carpet by the heavy slider that would constantly move when trying to open the balcony door.

The only negative thing I could say is that the sofa and love seat looks soiled and could use a deep cleaning. The condo was clean and comfortable well stocked with kitchen items

The location for the beach was great! One of the elevators were down so getting from the 20th floor to anything was horrible! Our first couple of nights we couldn’t wash clothes because the washer didn’t work, I reported it and new one got delivered the last day. The balcony door was very heavy. I guess all of the negatives outweighed the location and free beach chairs. Bed slept amazing! I would also suggest having plastic safe dishwasher dishes because the top rack slides right off, I don’t think that’s normal because mine doesn’t do that. Plenty of space for my group. Host responses were great and quick with communication!

Great vacation

It listed two king beds. Only had one. Check in process was confusing. Could barely understand the man at the checkin desk. Smelled weed the entire stay. The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff. Great view. Everything worked. We had a great time. Would stay here again.

The condo was fine minus a few maintenance issues issues .. Er actually wanted to stay a little longer but the Ridewater 2019 condo was not available. We contacted the management company vur nobody ever contacted us
