Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

This unit is located in tower 4, the newest tower at Long Beach, on the 7th floor. Convenient to shopping, groceries, dining, nightspots, and attractions such as bungee jumping, go-kart racing, and amusement parks. Most entertainment spots and restaurants are just a few moments' walk or drive from Long Beach. Amenities in the condominium complex include three full-size pools and three Jacuzzi spas are located between each building. The lagoon pool has "The Hangout" bar and grill where you can get a burger and your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful islands with waterfalls in the 6800 sq ft pool. Restrooms are located convenient to each pool and beach. Parking is ample and open. Security personnel are 24 hrs and the resort is gated.

The condo comes fully furnished with efficiency kitchen, full size refrigerator,  microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and blender. Also included in the kitchen is a kitchen cart for extra storage and counter space! The condo has 2 USB charging outlets. The sleeping accommodations include a king bed with memory foam topper, and bunk bed - great for kids! There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a walk in shower with dual shower heads with a hand held shower - great for the little ones! The condo is centrally cooled and heated. The spacious deck (ten foot by eight foot) is perfect for having a cocktail while watching the beautiful sunset. Beautiful views of the gulf are afforded to the condo guest. Backpack beach chairs left in unit for your use.

Please note weight restrictions on the bunk bed are 150 lbs limit on top bunk and 185 lbs limit on lower bunk. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children under the age of 6 do not use the top bunk due to safety concerns.
