Back on Rental Program March 2026! We are pleased to once again share our beautiful Ocean Reef, beach-front condo with you. It is a fabulous property for your beach vacation. Don't let the lack of recent reviews concern you because we are just now reinstating the unit on the rental program and thus have not had any recent reviews. We have the property equipped and ready for your beach stay!
This condo includes amazing, 16th floor views of the beach and gulf from the huge 10 X 28 balcony. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable.
The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath. The large guest room includes 2 Queen beds and private access to the second bathroom.
The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining area includes table and chairs for six. . A laundry room with a full size washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean.
This property includes an outdoor heated pool on the beach, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a private grilling area with charcoal and gas grills, and a work out area.
Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 1.5 miles, including Pier Park, grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach.
Ideal parking includes a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators and additional parking on same level and across the street. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.

Area Information: Close to Pier Park with ALL the shopping you could wish for along with amazing restaurants and waterfront dining. Across the street from a great putt-putt/ Go Cart racing track. Fresh Donuts every morning just across the street. Many attractive well known restaurants within walking distance. New ALVIN'S ISLAND across the street. Sharkey’s Restaurant right up the street. Runaway Island Restaurant right next door.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Beautiful, Clean & Convenient Condo!
Condo is just as described if not better! Location is perfect, easy to find. Several restaurants within walking distance & easy beach access. Elevators were quick, parking was easy. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, my family of 6 was very comfortable & loved our stay!

This place is beautiful it was clean there were plenty of towels, usually I run out. The views are amazing I loved the balcony. The host was great as well. This condo the elevators are fast and I love its assigned parking so you never have to worry about if you’ll have a spot when you leave. It’s also fairly quiet as well no kids running around being loud waking you up before you’d like to be up. I also love they don’t allow others in from other locations this keeps everyone safe and I also believe it keeps the noise down. Definitely looking at coming back to this same condo. It’s also different locations of food choices within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

July 4th Beach Trip
We have stayed at Ocean Reef several times, and love the condo, pools, beach and location! All the rooms have nice balconies that look out over the pool and the beach. Across the street are go-karts, mini golf and a surf shop. Walking distance down the road is Runaway Island, which is a nice restaurant right on the beach! This particular condo was nice, clean with everything you need for a nice stay. Perfect patio furniture for eating or lounging. And it comes with two reserved chairs on the beach, which was super nice. Only downside w/ the beach chairs, is they are super close together, and it was busy on the 4th weekend, so not much privacy. And the guy at the tiki hut managing the chairs was a young kid that was nice, but a bit dramatic, trying to lower the umbrellas or put up the chairs at the first sign of any weather. But that isn't the condo's fault, and certainly shouldn't be a deal breaker. We didn't get the email with the app info either for some reason, but we called the number and Riley was super helpful with check-in info over the phone. Highly recommend this condo. I would return to this exact condo no problem.

We had such an incredible stay! View from 1606 was amazing, we actually decided we prefer to be higher to enjoy seeing the ocean life swimming around! Beds were comfy porch was amazing and we enjoyed pizza and sharks the most! Super easy beach access and pools were nice and clean. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Reef 1606. The personal furnishing touches made us feel as if we were home. The balcony was great with nice seating options. The beds were comfy. The location is convenient walking distance to golf, ice cream, arcade, Run Away beachside restaurant and more. Greta’s Beach Service was very responsive and super nice.
We would definitely stay here again!
