    Stunning white shores meet the glittering cerulean sea in this beachfront condo, the perfect recipe for your sunny Florida getaway. Ideal for couples or a small family, there's no place better to make memories than here on the Gulf coast. With spectacular sunrises and sunsets, you and your group will love the private viewing balcony. Explore the beach and take up your favorite watersport with endless rental opportunities like snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, and boating. Challenge your loved ones to shuffleboard or tennis, then cool off in one of the resort's three pools! There's plenty to do in town as well. Discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and lots of family-friendly attractions.



    Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light coming in from the windows purposely built for a 180-degree view of the ocean. The living area has soft, comfortable furniture for hosting a movie night on the TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two. The main bedroom has another TV, an amazingly soft bed, and a private viewing balcony. Don't forget to wash off the sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy shower.



    Things to Know

    Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

    Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Everything was as expected and clean. The main TV had 4 remotes. General instructions would have been helpful. We followed the instructions for the ice maker, but it still didnt work. Kitchen was well equipped, but no salt(?). Balcony had table and chairs

Pleasantly surprised

First night- my daughter snoozed through the entire thing as the building stayed steady and the windows are air tight. (My daughter is terrified of storms). The location is absolutely beautiful. You are directly on the beach. The views and location cannot be beat by rentals twice the price. We will definitely stay here again. Clean, nice and safe.

We had a great stay. Beautiful view. Good location. Perfect room for a couple. It was very comfortable and well stocked. Except we only had 3 bath towels and would have like to have more for a 3 night stay. I’m sure I could have asked for more but it wasn’t worth the effort. I had extra beach towels in case we needed more. Only 1 elevator was working but it was not an issue. .
