3BR corner luxury condominium on the east corner of the gulf front tower 1. Simply indescribable views for miles.
one of only 2 corner units with an additional 21 sq. ft. dining room alcove, which opens up the room and provides spectacular beach views.
The Grand Panama Resort is one PCB's BEST and newest resorts with massive gulf front pool.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Great Condo

This was a very nice place to stay. We were worried about it being on the 20th floor but we never had any long waits with the elevators. It was a smooth pleasant week and we would 100% book here again. The larger deck is nice and the corner unit was very private. Views were amazing.

Great for larger families

Although the 20th floor is quite daunting for someone who doesn’t like heights, the view was amazing as long as I didn’t get too close to the railing. All joking aside, the condo was absolutely stunning. I was highly impressed at the cleanliness. We have 3 kids, so having the two private bedrooms was great. We usually have to squeeze them all into one bedroom. There were no fights over someone kicking the other or stealing covers over night. The extra bunk room with the curtain was a nice place for the younger child to have a little imaginative play. The water heater didn’t heat when we arrived but I believe it was a new unit that just wasn’t set to warmer temps. They came the next day and fixed, no more problems! It took some time for the AC to cool the unit down, so I recommend setting your temp as soon as you arrive. The only thing I would complain about would be that I wish there were more dish towels and rags. Make sure you bring laundry detergent with you if you plan on eating in a bit.

As beautiful as the pictures

Wonderful 5 night stay at this condo. We loved everything about it. The panoramic views were spectacular, the beds were comfortable and the 3 bedrooms were great for our large extended family. Location was also perfect.

Spring break trip

Overall this property was wonderful. It was plenty of space for us and we had 6 adults, 2 dogs and a 6 month old. The only complaint we have is that the water in the kitchen never got hot and we needed to wash baby bottles. The dryer also never dried the clothes the first time even when it was a small load.

Winter retreat

The property is centrally located and we were able to walk to shop. The views were spectacular, the condo was perfectly stocked with kitchen accessories, beds were comfortable. The elevators were quick and waiting was minimal. The only con we experienced was a loud wash machine but that was insignificant. Overall, our stay was near perfect. Grand Panama is amazing and the condo fit our needs!

Annual Family Vacation

This was a great vacation. This is the second time staying in this unit. First time we brought our dog, but this time did not. The unit is spacious and we like the over sized balcony. Definitely will stay in this unit again.

Great location, housekeeper needs replacing

The location is great. The room had obviously not been checked thoroughly. One bed had old chips everywhere between the sheets. We had to wash them as soon as we got there. Another bed had blood stains on the sheets. The housekeeper obviously had just put the comforter over the dirty sheets.

The best trip

We had the best stay!! The condo was awesome!!! The beach chair rental was an added bonus! The pool, tekkie bar, the food…was fabulous!!! The lay out of the condo was nice and the fact that it was on the end, made it sweeter. We could walk to various places a d Walmart grocery delivers there!!! Very good location and place yo stay!!

Just as described

Had problems with the ice maker and the management company was quick to respond. Condo was just as described. Liked the tiki bar and outside bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The property was clean, and maintained.

Overall the place was clean. I have some issues with the kitchen pans that are bent and old. The bed sheets at the master’s bedroom were faded and rough. The place can do more upkeep.

Nice view and location

The property's location was great, had an awesome view! The front bedroom was stated to be a queen but it is actually a full/double size. The twin bedroom could use a little tlc in the cleaning department. The bed rails are filthy dirty, stains on carpet. Could use some new towels. A couple of towels were so worn that the tops were see through and had a few stains. The washer is super loud. No way to run it while there or at night. Main bedroom had alot of stains on carpet, could use a new mattress or new piece of foam. Pillows were dipped in the middle, worn out. Shower had mold on ceiling and smelled. Could use an exhaust fan in it and not just over toilet. Light over toliet was burned out. Wall by bathroom trash can could use some cleaning. Couch and chairs were comfortable, but could use a good clean. Cabinets beside stove could use some cleaning. The refrigerator kept freezing our food even with it turned down, which was strange cause it was mentioned that it could be warm when checking in. We had to throw away several things due to being frozen. Overall we had a great time! Place is nice, view wss beautiful, just needs some updating and a deep clean.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay! Great condo, complex, fast elevators and beach service. Only negative would be parking. We meet up with two other families. The resort only allows for 2 cars to be registered and parked there. The 3rd has to go to a public parking facility down the road. It’s not the rental companies policy but the actual resorts.

Wonderful property to stay at.

This was a great unit to stay in with an amazing view. My only complaint is the bed sizes and arrangements. It's listed as having a queen but I'm pretty sure it was a full/double. And the twin beds are the ones in the room that attaches to a bathroom. If you are going as 3 couples like we did then you someone ends up drawing the the short straw. Otherwise this is a unit we would stay in again.
