Majestic Towers 1-2015 is an amazing condo with a WOW factor! This stunning 1 bedroom and 1 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 20th floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. With a full-size kitchen, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won't want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.*

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop-shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!
