Top of the Gulf requires a $30 parking/amenity fee to be purchased upon arrival to receive 1 parking pass and up to 4 wristbands for your whole stay. The condo does not have a private balcony, however there are several communal balconies just steps from your door with breathtaking views for you to enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon cold beverage. Rules
- Maximum number of guests is 4, including newborns and infants of any age per city ordinance.
- Wristbands and parking pass is required to be purchased upon arrival for $30.
- Only 1 vehicle parking is allowed per stay. No RVs, campers or trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book.
- Guests are not allowed to have visitors on site who are not staying within the complex.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or common areas except at designated areas near the community balconies on every floor.
- Guests are not allowed to bring pets per association rules.
- Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own or purchase at Alvin’s Island.
