Bachelorette Trip

The condo it's self was clean and well taken care of. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The pool area was very nice and large enough to accommodate everyone. Our unit it's self, was outstanding it was very clean, updated, beautifully decorated, the rooms were large with comfortable beds. It was perfect for 10 women. The washer and dryer were new and easy to use. There were plenty of towels and linens. The location was great and the view was outstanding. The following are just things that might make your trip more enjoyable to know; I do recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. They did provide 2 rolls for each bathroom and 2 rolls or paper towels. (We just needed more.) We brought paper plates and plastic cups (just for convenience). You will need laundry detergent. Also they don't play about parking passes being displayed and being in the correct parking spot, they will tow folks if they aren't following the rules. We will definitely stay here again!!

Elevator horror!

This was our first family trip since the pandemic. Our family had experienced two resent tragedies so we were really looking forward to this vacation! Steps from the beach and the view is amazing! Beds were super comfortable. Sadly that's all this condo has to offer. Condo was relatively clean. Owner did make us aware that were maintenance items that needed to be addressed. All children over the age of 13 need a wrist band this was not specified when we booked through Evolve so we had slight issue when we arrived owner resolved the next morning. The one pool is really small and gets crowed fast during the day. No other amenities offered. We spent the majority of our stay at the condo my sister rented because it had more to offer a family with 4 kids. Then there was the issue with the elevator! This condo is on the 21 floor. Day 2 or 3 of our 5 night stay in this condo my husband, son and 71 year old mother went back to the condo to grab some things. Maintenance workers were working outside the condo as they were the day we arrived. My family got on the elevator to leave on the way down the elevator stopped then dropped 6 floors before the emergency break kicked in and stopped the elevator. My family was able to get the doors to open and they walked down 15 flights of stairs. My husband immediately went to the major at Ocean Ritz Condominiums and all he got was sorry the maintenance guys are working on the elevator and they didn't tell us that we needed to but an out of order sign on elevator. No one seemed care about the severity of the situation! As a family were are still dealing with trauma from this situation. There was the great debate on whether we should even return to the condo or end our trip. We spent way to much on this condo to not get the vacation our family needed. Amazing view and comfortable beds were not enough!

Construction madness

The condo in itself was beautiful and the woman who owns it was wonderful but when we booked we were not informed of all the construction going on at the condominium. It wasn’t listed at all we only found out because a week before we were set to be there the reviews left stated it. They only had one elevator working for the entire 23 floors mind you we were on the 21st floor and some days the wait for the elevator was 45 mins to an hour . And since we went in august jellyfish were in the ocean so we couldn’t get in the water most of the time we were hoping to swim in the pool since it’s listed 10a-10p but we could not swim in the pool until 6 pm and it closed at 10 everyday. We could not use the hot tub at all which we didn’t mind but all the amenities that were listed we weren’t offered. And the parking garages are horrific if you are with a big group I would not suggest here. They don’t have it listed that they are under construction and will be for the next few months. Just please read the comments first because it definitely is not worth the price right now.

Condo Awesome but…

Ms. Steele’s condo is beautiful even at the tail end of a renovation. The maintenance on the building is subpar. My husband,8 yr and 6yr old had to walk up 21 stories with all beach stuff. The elevators made you say a prayer each time before punching the button. The elevators are fixed quickly but thinking they need a whole new elevator system. We had water issues the morning we were leaving. Husband wasnt able to fully rinse in the shower. There was a lot of noise in the foyer area of the elevators on the 21st floor. The guest and bunk bed room can hear the noise due to the window in the rooms. Great balcony views. Wish the painters had removed their ropes. But we were able to crop out their ropes in our sunset pictures. Great location. Beach activities very close. The Steeles provide lots of sand toys and some chairs. Unfortunately the umbrella was broken but was able to purchase one at the nearby Walmart. The parking was difficult due to the concrete poles and large vehicles in other parking spaces. We were in a suburban and was able to get in/out without damage. The parking space is convenient to the elevator, pool, and beach if you wanted to keep your beach stuff in the vehicle and grab it each outing. Again condo was beautiful with all the necessities for my family of 4 and my sister.

Great location and views

The condo was located in an ideal spot and easy to get to and from places. The views of the beach were amazing from the very large balcony. The owner was very well at communicating and responding right away. The pool is small but we are more of a beach family anyway so it didn’t matter much. The downside of this condo is the elevators, during peak hours it is a nightmare getting on and off as there are only 2 elevators in the entire condo, that’s why I could not give 5 stars. Overall it was a great experience and fun vacation for my family.

Awesome Host!

We had such a great time on vacation! The location is convenient to so much. We actually got upgrade to a 4 bedroom the owners own as well and the condo was magnificent! Wouldn't change a thing about that. The onlyyy thing I would change is parking! We had a large group and only having 1 parking space on site and the others having to park across the street and pay daily was a bummer- but we made it work! One elevator was down half the trip but they got the second one going and that made a huge and nice difference! I would definitely book again.

Amazing Stay!

my family and I had an amazing vacation here, the condo is absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony is even better! The Property owner Jennifer was great and always replied quickly to any questions we had. We would love to come back and stay again!

Amazing place!

I come to PCB several times an year, this time it was my friends and me, (our praise team), and this was by far one of my favorite places! Very clean, beautiful and the host was amazing.

We did very much enjoy our stay. The ocean front was beautiful. The balcony a great size. We did have some unfortunate issues the biggest being we could not get into the condo until the next day due the a broken pipe. The owner Jennifer tried her best to accommodate us. We do appreciate all she did to try to get us in sooner. So thank you for that. Our favorite thing was the balcony and those gorgeous views. Beautiful. We did spend time at the St Andrew's state park. Beautiful also.

Everything and more!

To say the view is beautiful is an absolute understatement. Looking out the window to see an infinite sapphire ocean was like a dream! The spaciousness of the condo was surprising, two couples were able to easily have their own space and the common area is big enough to enjoy a nice cocktail and socialize without being shoulder to shoulder. Not to mention an entire 3rd bedroom with a king sized bed and queen bunk attachment for those couples with kids! The condominium was very quiet, which is surprising because of it being peak season, it was nice getting to take a nap on the GIGANTIC balcony and rest with the soothing noise of waves. Great location roughly 10-15 minutes from any worthwhile attraction. We personally loved St Andrews Beach. The lagoon there came in handy during the double red flag order for the beach. The host was beyond accommodating, she was on vacation in Mexico and any time I needed anything her response time was immediate. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were put first and it was amazing. The beds are nice, medium softness, the bedding is fluffy as well. Great water pressure and the master has a spa tub with built in jets. The condo has a chest of beach supplies, chairs, sand toys, football. The gym on site really isn’t much, but the saunas attached to it is heaven! And for the time we were there, we were the only ones to ever use it. Overall this vacation was amazing and to be honest this condo really made it amazing. Not sure it would have been such a relaxing time with out this amazing spot. 1000000% will be back, this will be my go to spot for staying in PCB!

Condo was everything we were hoping it would be!! Owner meet us the day of check in, and also gave us some ideas of where to eat and to enjoy the night life. Highly recommend this condo!!!
