    Sterling Breeze 11903 is a stunning 1 bedroom + bunks/2 bath condo that is beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings! This Gulf FRONT unit is only 0.5 mile from Pier Park, so you can enjoy a vacation as relaxing or exciting as you want! The kitchen is equipped with granite counters and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower and vanity. With a set of twin bunks and a sleeper sofa. Host was easy to get ahold of. Condo was clean but seems like it had been setting for a bit. Very quiet and conveniently located.

Very clean and large one bedroom condo. Well managed. Great view of beach, white sand and gulf. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Close to many restaurants and downtown.

The hotel was nice. The bar and bartender were nice! Parmesean Crab nachos were delicious! The master bathroom shower door did leak every time someone showered. And the gas grill on the patio did not work or operate correctly, which was kind of disappointing because I was prepared to cook steak steaks on one of the nights and wind up cooking them on the stove. Other than that, everything was asked to be expected. Location was good. Check-in was smooth random security host that set at a desk haggard me about arm bands, and I was unaware that I got them from the desk and not in the condo which was a lack of communication between me and the owner because I specifically emailed about the arm bands, and never was advised that I needed to get them from the front desk. I truly believe the front desk lady was stereotyping the group that I was with, but that has nothing to do with a condo itself and the cleanliness and the location all in all it was a good time for a sweet 16 birthday bash.

It was perfect location. We were able to walk right down to beach. The hot tub and pool with the bar right there was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything you need. The only downfall was the first day there was only one elevator and it took sometime for everyone to get to their condos. It was repaired the next day. Excellent place to stay!

Overall a great experience. We stayed in 1903, and found they supplied almost everything we could possibility need for our stay. Our only complaint would be with the master bathroom. The shower door leaks like a sift.
