Our unit on the NINTH FLOOR @ Emerald Beach Resort offers a lagoon pool with a children’s water feature, the Sky Bar, a poolside Tiki bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, boutique shops, and a Starbucks® on-site.
Across the road is a HOMEMADE ICE CREAM SHOP, FRESH PIZZA, Great Gulf Steamed Seafood place, and a breakfast shop. This condo is walking distance to SHARKY's Restaurant & Runaway Island Restaurant. Ideal Family Memory Maker

Nikki and Theresa were wonderful hosts - checked in periodically, communicated well, proud and energetic owners.Property was as described and the resort is very nice. Beautiful beach just outside the door, convenient to lots of restaurants and activities.Pack n Play was a bonus. Beach chairs/ wagon/ toys and towels were great surprise and came in very handy. Loved sunsets on the balcony.Parking is convenient.We were there during the air show which was spectacular! (Another bonus.)You’ll enjoy your stay!

Panama City Beach Condo

This condo was amazing! The best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. From kitchen to bathrooms! And the owners were readily available for a couple of questions I had. We would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect PCB condo!

We had an amazing week at PCB and absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The host and her assistant are incredible—such friendly, thoughtful women who go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable! They kept us updated, checked in throughout our stay, and truly made us feel welcome.The condo itself is beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is fully loaded, which made meals a breeze, and there’s even a closet full of beach gear for guests to use. Such a thoughtful touch that made our days on the sand even better!Emerald Beach Resort is one of our favorite places to stay—we’ve been here multiple times. It’s always a great experience. The only downside is the elevators, but that’s just something to expect with a large resort during check-in and check-out times. Still totally worth it!We had such a great time and are already looking forward to booking this condo again. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

This condo had everything we needed. The 2 queen beds in the second bedroom were just right for 2 parents and 1 child. The extra large closet in the master bedroom was very helpful for all our beach gear. The location at the end of the building meant we just had a few steps to the elevator and were close to an area of beach to set up our tent. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice place, good vacation

Lots of good things about this place. No place is perfect; this place was decent for the money. Great view! Communication with the hosts was very good! Prompt responses, provided recs, communicated during our stay. Closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and kids toys was a great perk! Nice to have dishes and a few cleaning supplies provided. No laundry detergent. I was prepared and brought my own. We had a group of 7 for 4 nights ( 3 adults, & 4 "kids", 16, 15, 13 and 10). Chose this unit because of the sleeping accommodations advertised, but were disappointed in this regard. The bunk beds have a wt limit, which we knew about and followed, but they were not sturdy and made so much noise that the kids couldn't get much sleep. The "sofa bed" we were counting on as another "bed", but it did not pull out into a bed; so one of the teens got stuck sleeping on the couch the whole time with their feet hanging over the end. The unit had 2 garbage bags & 2 rolls of TP per bathroom; not enough for us. Had to make a 2nd trip to Walmart for little things like that. Would be nice to have at least 1 garbage bag per day of our trip provided. 2 pool areas, 1 on the beach side, 1 across the street by garage. Double red flags means pools are FULL and no chairs open if not there early in morning. My van didn't fit in garage w topper on it. Extra parking behind garages for oversized vehicles. The traffic is horrendous on the main road by hotel. Pack your patience and walking shoes.

Amazing beach front property

We recently stayed for a week in June. The condo was clean and exactly like described. We loved the beach closet. Definitely a plus. We didn’t even have to use any of the beach items we brought because it was so well stocked. Great starter kit. (Dish washer pods, toilet paper, etc) They also had games in the condo like uno, board games, etc. My kids loved this. Parking was nice with a parking garage across the street. This was connected to the resort by a catwalk over the street. Property managers were very responsive to messages. We loved the beach and the ease of access to it. They also had a rinse off station for rinsing off sand before going back in. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Much Needed Vacation

Ashley and Theresa were amazing to communicate with. They both responded promptly with any questions/concerns we had. The condo was exactly as pictured and our family had a great relaxing vacation! Would definitely recommend them and their condo and would stay here again :)

Excellent Resort

The condo we rented this weekend was great 👍 we had a really nice time there. The check-in process was satisfying no hassle or trouble getting in Property was cleaned & no bad odor. Everything we needed was in place and we were thankful. Walking distance for different kind of entertainment, or getting something to eat. It was easy to contact the owner if we had any problems & they responded back in a timely manner. I would like to give a great review & highly recommend this place. We (family) will definitely be back to visit PC & will be staying at the same resort.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

Our stay was great! The property manager was super responsive and friendly she checked in on us when our flight was delayed and answered our late texts when we had issues with the code to the parking garage. The property is right on the beach views are spectacular. It was VERY clean and the beach accessories was a lifesaver. You are a quick 5 min. drive from Pier Park and all the shops. The only downfall was when we used the stove to cook, small roaches would come out from behind the stove - but this is a Florida thing it comes with the territory it is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the condo we didn’t see any other insects throughout.

Wonderful condo with an amazing owner!

My family just got back from a wonderful 9 night stay at Nikki’s condo at Emerald Beach resort. The condo was very clean and Nikki was always in communication with us through the whole trip making sure we had everything we needed. As a family of 5 it is hard to find a good place but this condo was great. The condo was very clean with nice beds and tons of beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. for our kiddos in the beach closet. We will stay there again! Thanks for everything!
