Start your day on your oceanfront balcony sipping your favorite cup of coffee. This beautifully remodeled condo features the best in furnishings, beachy decor, remodeled showers, shiplap molding, private grill, resort pool, hot tub and pool bar. Breezy-Living is a short 1/2 mile walk to Pier Park and 1.3 miles to Frank Brown park. This is everything a vacation home should be.

Relax on the white sand beach with your toes in the sand as your kids boogie board in the crystal clear ocean or build elaborate sandcastles next to you. Don't worry about lugging all your beach gear from home. This luxury condo provides complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) seasonally, March through October weather permitting, and a storage closet stocked with some additional beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your use.

Don't forget to take a break from the beach and go for a swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. During the season, eat lunch and get a drink for the poolside Wine Bar. After a great day by the ocean, grill dinner on your balcony's private electric grill and dine al fresco on the balcony while watching the sunset melt into the emerald water. Finally, end the night sitting by the resort's gas-powered fire pit overlooking the ocean as the kids swim in the adjacent pool and hot tub. What a way to spend the day!

If you want a change of scenery, walk or drive a short .5 miles to the premier shopping, dining and entertainment open-air complex, Pier Park. Whether you want a Starbucks coffee, a quick bite to eat or an exquisite dining experience, this 1.1 million square foot mecca has it all. After a delicious meal, shop until you drop in the 124 beachshops, trendsetter boutiques and department stores. The kids won't be bored here riding the SkyWheel, showing off their rope course skills, playing mini-golf, battling each other in the XD Darkride Experience or a game of laser tag, finding their way through a Mirror Maze, or bouncing and flipping at Super Bungee. For those rainy days, watch your favorite sports team at Dave and Busters as the kids have fun playing a plethora of arcade games. There's never a dull moment with Pier Park being so close.

At only 1.3 miles / 4 minutes away, we are also one of the closest oceanfront resorts to Frank Brown Park. Frank Brown Park frequently hosts many tournaments and features over 100 acres of baseball and softball fields, batting cages, soccer fields, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, tennis wall, a T-Ball field, a Miracle League field, several playgrounds, shuffleboard courts, concession stands, picnic areas, pavilions, a freshwater youth fishing pond, green spaces, a 20-acre festival site, and Gayle's Trails. It also is home to Panama City Beach Aquatic Center.

PCB offers so many other family-fun experiences. Watch the sunset over the coast in a private helicopter tour. Ride the Sea Screamer where you can watch dolphins up close as they jump in and out of the boat's wake. Take the ferry to shell island where you can collect a bounty of pristine sea shells. Finally, no PCB trip would be complete without following the long tradition of getting your picture under your beach access sign number. Kids will never say "I'm bored" on this family vacation.

When you aren't sunbathing or exploring PCB, enjoy your luxury beach house, Breezy Living, which is located on the 21st floor of the in-demand Sterling Breeze Resort! This west-facing corner upscale condo was recently extensively renovated to feature shiplap molding throughout, tastefully decorated beachy decor, and beautiful new furniture. As soon as you enter the main entrance, you are greeted with a fabulous entryway built-in to drop your beach bag, keys and flip flops. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for entertaining with granite countertops, a large pantry closet, Keurig and regular coffee makers and a blender to enjoy those beachy frozen concoctions. Sit at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or dining area table (seats 6) and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico while eating your meals or playing one of the provided family-friendly boardgames. Relax in the oceanfront living room on our very comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and chairs as you watch the 75" 4k Smart TV streaming your favorite shows and movies after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Bedrooms:

(1)The Oceanfront Master bedroom features a walkout sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony, a king size bed with pillow-top mattress, a 65" Smart TV and an attached bathroom with dual his/her vanities and an enormous shower.

(2) The Second Bedroom has 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds. Kids won't argue over charging their electronics in this room as each bunk includes its own built-in dimmable light and electrical outlet with 2 outlets and 2 built-in USB charging ports. The Second Bedroom also includes a wall mounted Smart TV with an easily accessible HDMI port to plug in your own HDMI device.

The Living Room sectional includes a queen-sized pullout sleeper that can accommodate 2 additional guests for sleeping.

After a family-fun day at the beach, keep the sand out of the condo by storing both the provided beach toys and chairs and any of your beach items in the storage closet conveniently located just outside the condo. Relax on your large private west-facing corner balcony in the comfortable polywood table and chairs and bistro set as you watch the most amazing sunsets in the world. Look for dolphins, stingrays and turtles as you cook your family's dinner on the balcony's private electric grill. If you don't want to cook, no worries - take a short walk to the famous Dusty's Oyster Bar or Pier Park.

The resort is equipped with security cameras throughout the common areas. Additionally, the condo has cameras at the front exterior door.

Please note that the resort separately charges a required one-time fee of $50 which includes wristbands and parking for 1 vehicle for the duration of your stay. An additional parking pass can be purchased for an additional $50. These fees are collected directly by the resort.
