Smoking areas

The condo is on the bottom floor. It was very convenient. If you are a smoker you are only allowed to smoke on the beach and front of condos close to the road area. No smoking on balcony or pool area. The condo is very clean and the free included beach chairs with umbrella daily was a wonderful add on free of charge. We had fun at the pier fishing and pier park shopping.

It was ok.

Beautiful room, but bad communication. Parking registration fee is 60 not 50. You have to have the parking pass printed to use it so you have to ask the front desk who does not manage this room. I never received any of our room details until the day before checkin when I started asking questions. The WiFi router name did not match what was given to us to use. Our beach chairs and umbrella were not listed on the first day as included with our room. Only once I complained was this corrected. We only had 4 towels for 4 people so I had to do laundry every day. One dish rag and one dish towel for the kitchen. They do not supply hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc for your stay only one or two of each. The kitchen stools are cheap and unsteady to sit on. You have to take out your own trash. The noise by the elevator is ridiculous from all of the guests. The bathtub was a great bonus for this room. The pool in front of the room is the unheated and very cold pool, with no access from the room.

Great stay

Perfect location right on the beach and steps away from pier park. Super convenient being on the first floor, which meant no waiting for the elevator. The host was great, very clear communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

To start, there was a 60.00 registration fee. When I got the registration info, there also was printing of parking pass that was needed after the info said the phone would do but it had to be printed. Check in took over an hour. There was dust on many items, I had to take out my own trash. The TV in the den was not connected to anything so it did not work the whole wknd. Had to get our own trash out. Yet paid a cleaning fee, the stay could have been better but it was just ok Thanks

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this very neat and clean condo. Condo is on the beach and close to various restaurants and shopping. Awesome host with great communication! I would definitely reserve this condo again.

Calypso Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Calypso room 2-105. Everything was exactly as listed on the post. We plan to visit PCB again and hope to book the same unit. Worked perfectly for me and my husband.

Top Notch!

5 stars all around. I have been coming to PCB my entire life. Our stay at this unit at Calypso was one of the best trips I have had there! My husband, 10 year old son and I made memories there to last a lifetime. Perfect location, great condo with all the amenities, and prompt, great communication with the property owners! The first night, what began as a “crab hunt” on the beach turned into a shell adventure where we found some of the most beautiful, unique shells we have ever seen— a true gift from God. The next day the sea had washed them away, but what a treat it was! We will most definitely be rebooking this condo again very soon. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Book this condo!

Location, location ,location! Perfect for 2 or 4 people. This condo was clean, we had a bottle of Champge, chocolate and a card from the owners. Knowing what floor to park on was tricky at first. From experience, , pull up to tower 2, unload them go to parking deck. Level 1 , you can just walk across street to your room or level 3 for cross over. ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!

This is my new favorite place to stay in PCB. Great location, clean, comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. Really nice view of the ocean and pool. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
